First cycle test e

Hey guys, I'm new on here and just about ready for my first cycle. Just getting a few jitters and double guessing myself a bit. Some history on me, I'm not a big guy by any means. I am now 25 years old, 1.76m tall and been lifting for around 5 years but only the last 3 have been consistant and I've learnt how my body reacts to different workouts and diets. I started out weighing 105 pounds and 5% bf(really skinny), after 3 years of training properly i now weigh 150 pounds and 9% bf. My goal is to get up to 165-170 pounds max and have my bf at around 7% and I just cannot seem to gain any more mass.

So after much consultaion and research a friend who is a competitive body builder and also a nutritionalist has helped me compile this cycle:

250mg of test e per week for 10 weeks
25mg of dbol per day for the first 4 weeks
PCT would be 100mg of clomid per day for the first week(3 weeks after last shot), then 50mg per day for the next 2 weeks.

From what I've seen on the net the test dose is low, though my friend advised I start low to see how my body reacts to test and keep the cycle simple. I dont mind doing another cycle after this one, I just want to keep things on the safe side.

Before starting your cycle I would recommend just eating more since you are still very thin. However it seems like you are an extreme ectomorph. The cycle is a good beginner cycle. However your PCT needs work. Start clomid 2 weeks after the last pin. Look into something to control cortisol like erase which would be started the second week into PCT (3 weeks after last pin). A natty test booster like DAA would also help...run it at 3/3/3/3. Also look into HcGenerate to run while on cycle along with all other cycle support.

The pct your friend recommended is pretty weak or better put is extremely out dated. Use the crap out of the search function and read and research. Also you have got zero on cycle support? Take care.
 
Thanks for the reply, I am eating quite alot already. My metabolism just seems to be really fast, though maybe i could increase my carb intake a bit. What does "erase" do exactly? I haven't heard of nor seen DAA or HCGenerate in my country, are there any alternatives? During cycle my friend says he'll have arimidex on hand for me if needed
 
What other support should I have on cycle? I will be using milk thistle to help my liver from dbol use as well
 
Have a look at needtobuildmuscle.com. N2gaurd for support. Hcgenerate is there as well and orbitnutrition.com sells erase. Daa is a natty test booster.
 
There is just so much wrong here... I don't know where to start...

First... your underweight for starters... You need to gain at least ten more pounds before you even consider a cycle... I would look into n2bulk, creatine and just eat more and more... noone here is going to buy the fast metabolism thing... we all here that all the time and while your metabolism may be faster than others, that does not mean you cannot gain weight.. .Here are a few links that you need to read...

Okay beyond this... when you actually are ready to start a cycle... if you are trying to lose body fat, which you said you wanted to go from 9% to 7% why would you ever run dbol? that's the worst thing you could ever run when trying to lose body fat... that's going to make you retain a shitload of water and make you puffy... so that makes no sense... your clomid dosing is just all out of whack... its way too high... aand your pct is a complete mess... please do more research, get your weight up and then come back... and then we can be of more help to you...

Then why do most people run a bulk then cut or a cutter its a bitch to do both..
Ran a bulker got big enough in my case for my weight class now jus focus on maintaining weight while cut down over next 3 months or so.
In the case of the op is not what needs if what ment should hold off on a cycle

I'd say go with test prop instead and leave out the D-bol. 50 - 70mg ED should do the job.

Short esters are a better choice ESPECIALLY for beginners who don't know exactly what kind of sides to expect... Should they get too troublesome, just lower the dosage and you'll start feeling better after 2 days, whereas with enanthate ester you will need at least 2 weeks to really notice a difference.
 
Thanks for all the replies guys. The 7% bf is my end goal, I want to use this cycle to gain the mass first because cutting is not difficult for me. Like I said I am not huge, but I'm alot happier with the way that I look now compared to where I started, I've gained 45 pounds naturally so i must be doing something right? Or is that a small gain? There is so much conflicting info on here, where ever I've researched and from the all the people that I've spoken to, they've all said test e is the way to go for a beginner first cycle. Sorry I'm not saying that you guys are wrong, I have no experience so I just want to make the right choices. Most other forums reccomend pct as I've listed, with those doses and some suggest adding nolvadex
 
those are the guys who think everyone doing their first cycle is a pussy like they were and is afraid to pin every day ... :D

Test E = usually more sides , harder to control (because of the long ester) , longer time to kick in therefore a longer cycle needed, blah blah ... But still that's just my opinion. Everyone has the right to have their own. Still I insist on test prop being the ultimate choice (for any kind of cycle and any kind of user) And unless you use stupid doses (which I am also against) you don't need any kind of AI and even less a SERM like nolvadex. My advice to you is to stay away from it.

sound thinking and advice right there--no hurry to jump up doses.

just dump the clomid; add HCG for pct.

good luck with your cycle... doses seem a bit on the low end, but you should still see some nice gains, and leave more room for growing into future cycles...
 
Your at a good age perhaps a little on the light sight which is why running a low dose is good but also bare in mind what the body produces naturally so no point suppressing your natural for a minimal increase with synthetics which is something to considered - take note!

I use to be 59kg at 6.2" I did a course as I to had a fast metabolism etc ate a shit load of food trained hard and well quite frankly never ever got to far! Yes slow gains but something tha would take me a life time to get anywhere!

It's easy for those to say hold off eat more train hard if your already doing this then great but to what avail? You want to look good now not when your 50 still having in mind I we most of us here do this for a lifestyle etc

anybody new to steroids and new to injecting themselves would be smart to choose less pinning on their first run.
Not because they or anybody else are pussies but because it makes good sense to keep it to a minimum when you are a novice.
Less chance of abcesses and infections .

As for sides, test is test. Apart from bloat which is easily controlled - you will still be prone to any and all other sides associated with injecting testosterone.
