First Cycle - Test E/Var

I have finally gotten everything I believe I need to do my first cycle and would like all your critiques. I am looking to start in about 2 weeks. When I get to about 163 or so.

Age: 30
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 165lbs
BF: ~16-17%
Working out for about 3 years now.

Been keeping my diet clean. Mainly chicken, veggies, oatmeal, fish, salads & the heavenly peanut butter. Have been keeping it around 1700-2100 calories depending on my workout level on the particular days. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do cardio on 3 days that I'm not at the gym. Sundays I rest. So far been loosing about a pound a week which is exactly where I've wanted to be.

I know it would be much better for me to run 500mg of Test a week, but I am not looking for big gains. And since this is my first cycle I want to keep it light and also try to keep as many sides away as possible. The less drastic a change people can notice, the better for the time being. I threw in the Var more for the strength boost and the little bit of fat burning it may help with.

Week 1-10: 250mg Test-E
Week 5-12: 40mg Anavar
Week 12-15 Nolva 40/20/20/20

I have HCG/Clomid on hand if needed. I also have Aromasin and will do .25ED if

gyno occurs.

As for vitamins/supplements
- 10-15g of Creatine daily
- Animal Pak daily
- 1000mg Milk thistle 3x day
- 1 Green Tea Extra daily
- 1 Policosanol daily
- Lipid stable for while I'm on the Var to try to help to keep lipids somewhat normal

somewhat normal.
- Optimum Casein at night
- Optimum Pro-Complex post workout

I do have 2 question/concern though:

1. I am currently doing an EC stack with lean xtreme. I have about 3 weeks left but i'm curious, if I decided to redo the EC stack a month after it would be in between my cycle. Would that cause an issue of any sorts stacking the EC/Lean Xtreme/Var/Test?

2. A friend of mine told me that running var at 50-60mg ED could make a difference. Would it be possible to run Var from 2 different labs together, like once one runs out continue with the next?

Test var is a good first cycle.
The most drastic changes people will notice is blowing up too fast. So 20lbs of water is not what u want. aromasin an diet will control water retention.

2 different labs is fine.
 
Thank you for your feedback. So at even though i'm doing a low dosage of 250 per week, the bloat could be that bad? Would I be able to wait a bit to see if extreme bloat begins to occur to take the aromasin or would it be too late by then?
 
For a first ccyle cutting stack I think this pretty good....I don't know how much you will notice with only 250mg of test...the var looks good. For Cutting stacks my personally favorite is 400 mg Test E wkly with Winstrol run around 40-50mg ED...some guys here may disagree, but Im also a big believer in runnning at least 25mg Proviron...will slow down or eliminate any estrogen sides...keep your sex drive insane, and frees up extra testosterone...I agree with dropping the EC stack....make sure you are tracking everything, every bite of food, all your lifts...I really like var....but for me...( Im older and have run several cycles in my life) I find it needs to be run at least 70mg for me....I think 40-50mg is a good place for a beginner.
 
So maybe I'll hold off until i'm on my last week of the EC/Stack to start? Or should I give a few extra weeks after i'm done with it to even out again then start?
 
I do have a quick question. If I decide to run Clomid and Nolva during PCT for quicker recovery, what should my dosages look like?
