Goal: Increase in lean bodyweight
AAS: 416.67 mg/wk Test E (splitting a 500 mg/ml 10 ml bottle into 12 weeks; hence the funky dosage); 400 mg/wk Masteron, both over the course of 12 weeks
PCT: Starting week 14 (one week after cycle), I'll start 200 mg/day of Clomid, tapered down to 100 mg/day, 50 mg/day, 25 mg/day, and 25 mg/day in subsequent weeks. Also, I plan to run 350 IU HCG/day for ten consecutive days after the cycle.
I also have Arimidex on hand in case of estrogenic side effects. I don't have it running currently and have never gotten gyno or much of a water bloat before, and have masteron working in my favor to potentially limit these effects.
My first pin was February 7, and I plan to divide the dosage of each in two injections twice per week (Monday morning and Thursday night, 84 hours apart). I inject both simultaneously. My first pin was into the glute, but my hand cramped up badly about 3/4 through the injection and had to pin the rest into my quad. Both are only mildly sore. I plan to rotate among both glutes, quads, and delts so that each gets three weeks of rest before being used to inject again.
Sides: Intense night sweating (I sleep on towels now and change them once or twice during the night when I get up to piss), felt under the weather the morning after my first injection (dry scratchy throat, low energy), loss of appetite (have to remind myself to eat), mildly sore injection sites (only feel when pressure applied
Nutrition: 10 meals per day, including pre- and post-workout, containing cumulative totals of 325 g lean protein, 400 g carbohydrates (complex carbs, some fruit), 75 g fat (~10 g saturated, but predominantly monounsaturated); 3,500-4,000 daily calories
Supplements: Whey protein isolate, casein protein, egg white powder, pre-workout booster (L-carnitine, D-aspartic acid, boron citrate, zinc, B-vitamins), glutamine, omega-3 fish oil, green tea extract, multi-vitamin
Water: 3-5 gallons daily; obviously more on workout/cardio days than off days. And a little more than usual due to the increased sweat output.
Training:
Day 1: Chest, Biceps
Day 2: Quads, Hams
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Shoulder, Triceps
Day 5: Back, Traps, Rear Delts
Day 6: Calves, Abs (essentially a day off)
Day 7: Repeat from Day 1
Cardio: 60 minutes on Days 1, 2, 4, and 5. Essentially two out of every three days.
