First Cycle, Sustanon????

I am looking for a first cycle, but the thing is I want it to be a fairly light one. I am leaning towards Sustanon250, I'm thinkin anywhere from 250-400 mgs per week. Besides taking clomid after, is there any thing else i should think about adding to decrease side effects?
 
Along with the clomid you might want to look into arimidex and definitely have nolvadex on hand. Absolutely don't start your cycle without the clomid! Age, height, weight, bf%, goals, training history...give us a bit more to work with so we can give you solid advice bro.
 
I usually dont like to mention the age because im young, 20. I'm 6'2, 215, low bf. I've decided im definitely going to take a cycle though. I want to gain about 10 lbs, but looking more for an edge in strength, I play football.
 
I've been training smartly for about 3 yrs, but I've been around the weight room for a lot longer because of high school sports.
 
Sust at 500mg/week for 10 weeks with Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot will get you what you are after provided you have a good diet. IMO 20 yoa is fine. As long as you do your research and know what you are geting into before you start, you will do just fine and the sides will be minimized. You could even throw some D-Bol in there for the first 4-5 weeks as a kick start

yup listen to mustang.....I grew nicely off 13 sust spread over 7 weeks on my first cycle(2 broke..thanks hoeycow)....just eat clean
 
as usual, i agree with mustang. peak out at 500 mg. a week. cant go wrong with sust.you should be fine without nolvadex, but get the clomid for post cycle.run the sust for 10 weeks.

Keep it at 500mg/week through out. There is no need to taper or pyramid Sust

I'll be the first to say you should wait for a few years before starting but if you're looking for an edge in football then it's hard to resist. Do you want to gain just 10lbs or would you like to gain more? If you want strength then fina, winny, halo are all good choices. For strength and bulk look at dbol and anadrol. Maybe something like this:

weeks 1-4: 50mg dbol ED
weeks 1-10: 500mg sust E3D
weeks 5-10: 50mg winny ED
week 12: clomid 300, 200, 150, 100, 100, 100, 100
week 13: clomid 50mg ED
Throw in some arimidex at 1/4mg/day to reduce bloat- however this will take away from the bulk and strength you'll get from the dbol.
 
i always use a higher dosage in the middle of my cycle, it just makes sense to me to taper of in the end. i have always done it that way with good results. thats just my opinion though.
 
don't wait.......otherwise you'll be 24 wishing you had done juice when you played football like someone I know really well :(

thanx for the suggestion. I actually had a cycle lined up that was much like the one u just pointed out, but then realized i didnt have the money to make it work. besides I think i want to start with a light cycle anywayz.

thats exactly wut i was thinking. many of the players do it that i play with and against so i feel its time for me to get some of that edge.
 
I haven't done it before but I've heard people get nothing but good results from test only cycles. 250mg/week sust will still give gains especially if this is your first cycle. Good luck with it bro. bigkev, why does it make sense to pyramid with dosages?
