first cycle sustanon/winstrol

I started my first cycle its sustanon 250 and winstrol
Week 1-10 sustanon 500mg/week monday-250mg and thursday-250mg
Week 5 36mg/day week 6-9 40mg/day and week 10 36 mg/day
I'm 4weeks into the sus and I noticed my sex drive has increased a lot and have noticed some strength gains but not much mass gain, I am wondering when it will kick in I was told 5 weeks, also this isn't bunk gear it is a reliable source please help, also my diet is in check and so is sleep
Also, my benchpress for example has went up I could do 225 for 8reps b4 now I can do it 12
 
Post your full stats age/height/weight

Years lifting? And post your daily diet

In check means it still needs work, you just don't know it yet

Its hard to help someone when you don't know any of their stats so we always try and get some basic info, not tryin to be a dick or anything

What goals do you have for this cycle bro, looking to bulk or what?

Also do you know your body fat %?

Youll have to up those calories in my opinion if you are trying to gain mass, eating caloris that got you to 207 arnt going to get you to 230.... id increase the protein too and what about your carbs? My first cycle was on sustanon and at the end i made a 15lbs gain after pct, gaining on sust as your first cycle should be easy, also how often you working out and what intensity you are wokring out at. if you can post your meal outline and workout routines we can help you out more
 
My goal is to bulk get some muscle mass, I'm not sure what my body fat percentage is haven't checked in a long time and alright I will up the calories, I think I'm siking myself out I mean I know iv got stronger maybe I'm expecting too much from a first cycle, I'm working out 4 times a week monday chest tri tuesday back bi wednesday off thursday shoulders and friday legs weekends off, with cardio before and after workout not heavy cardio, light jog or steady walk carbs I'm not sure but I eat plenty of rice and oats and things like that with my protein, also back to how I feel I know I got stronger but everyone else I've seen cycle withen a few weeks they are doing a lot more weight, I am also trying to increase weight or reps every workout
 
Why sust and winny? Seems A little odd those 2 together.
 
Alright you're definitely going to need to work on your pct and make sure you get yourself functioning properly and naturally again as soon as possible. Sustanon is a very aromatizing AAS and if not treated with a proper pct, not only with estrogen rebound cause some serious issues, you will lose any gains you worked hard for once you come off. Try checking out some forged post cycle and some unleashed to go along with your hcg, and you should be plump and functioning again naturally in no time and have a much smoother transition coming off.

Diet is the #1 factor in size gains on a cycle, so you'd do well to increase your clean calories to an extra 500 to 1000, and your protein by another 50g/day. Also, make sure your protein sources are from real foods rather than shakes. Shakes are great, but IMO more than 2 a day is a little much and not as effective as real, anabolic, protein rich food sources.

Winstrol isn't much for bulking, but would harden you up and help cut up some of the gains you'd make on sust. It is an unusual cycle you're on, but if done right can be effective. Beware of the sides of winny like dry joints ect.


Make sure you read as much information on this site, research every compound before you experiment with it and have your ancilleries on hand before your first pin from now on.

I won't try to belittle you for not doing this already, because I know how little info there is outside these forums, and have been there myself, but bro try and read up as much as you can beforehand to save your body a lot of trouble.
 
Oh no don't get me wrong I have the pct and everything figured out I know how much I M supposed to take but don't know the proper way of Putin it I guess and also yea I do eat a lot of chicken breast everyday in fact and steak and fish shakes are just for pre workout and post and b4 bed everything else comes from food , it is my first cycle and I was goin to do test only but a friend advised me to use winny, I want to gain some lean muscle that's why I chose winny also
 
Would keep the test but would consider an oral like tbol to help with lean muscle gain. Winny will make you hard but will be rough on joints and tbol will help more with lean mass gains.
 
I would have chosen test e at 500 for a 1st cycle to see how you respond.
Winny isn't really a bulking compound.
If you had to throw in something else then dbol at 30 a day.
IMO tbol is to strong for a 1st cycle.
BUT it all depends on what you do In the kitchen to get maximum gains.
Go slow.

Your next post I didn't see that you wanted lean mass .
Dbol u don't want.
I'm using Osta at the moment and getting lean gains.
Have a look at the sarms thread.
It's an interesting option.
