First cycle suggestions with test e

Hello,

I'm planning on starting my first cycle and was hoping to get some feedback and any suggestions.

I'm 30, 5' 11" and 180 lbs. My goal is to gain muscle mass and lean up.

Cycle:

Test E
Weeks 1-10: 400mg
Week 11: 300mg
Week 12: 200mg

Forma-Stanzol - 5 pumps/day (AM/PM)

Diet:
High protein, strictly no carbs first 8 weeks.

Really appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

i dont understand why you would taper down your test the last 2 weeks? just run it 400 all the way through... forma is fine to use as an ai on cycle... what are you running for pct??

No carbs at all? You asking for trouble imo not needed just go low like 20% ur good

You can tapper or just cutt it short to 8-10 weeks.

You need somethin more than just forma bro not gonna cutt it for fast recovery.

2. 180 lbs? what are you max lifts?
3. How long have you been lifting?
I'm beginning to sound like a broken record but have you maxed out your natural gains? Steroids are the icing on the cake.
 
For PCT, I was thinking of adding HCG and Clomid, but not sure if I need clomid if I'm taking Forma.

For max lifts - benching 260lbs - no I haven't maxed out, but have been lifting + more cardio for about 3 years. Last year I took a "break" aka was lazy and have been routinely back in the gym for about 3 months now and was thinking of giving an extra boost.
 
I dont like the tapper either,, and you need carbs.. you can cut them down if you want, but 5-11 180 you are pretty lean to start.
 
Thanks for the feedback. So I'll keep on carbs, but low amounts. Have been eating pizza lately - obviously cutting all that kinda stuff out. And also keep the 400mg for - 8-10 weeks?

I wouldn't say I'm lean. I mean, I've got some fat.

For PCT, would the HCG and Clomid suffice?
 
180 @ 5'11 is pretty light, sounds like a diet help is in order.

What's your diet look like?

If you say "I really don't have one" then that means no juice in your immediate future....

yeah it seems there's some issues all the way around here... if your diet is not in order then you have no business running anything and im sorry but i am certain your diet is fucked up... im not trying to be a dick, i want to help, but right off the jump, saying strictly no carbs, you can see you really don't know much about dieting... there's a reason all that no carb diet shit fizzled away, because its not healthy... i keep my carb intake moderate but you can't just cut them out or you won't gain shit on your cycle and it will hurt your overall health in general... carbs are one of the only resources that give your brain energy for one... that alone is scary to think of what it may do if you cut carbs... you won't grow for shit either without them and the list goes on and on and on... if your not practicing eating properly now, then how can you honestly think you can just start eating right when your cycle starts... you won't bro, you might think you will but you won't... you need to get this dialed in first...

and no, the pct you listed is not sufficient at all...
