First cycle seeking advice..

Ok so i have only takin one cycle before and it back in 1997 when i was in higschool, dont even know to this day if it was real juice.

I am 26 years old, and havnt lifted in steady in a few years. But i train in mixe martial arts 15-20 hours a week and i am looking to gain some mass first and then cut down once i've gained additional size. Right now i am 5'10 and 250lbs, i have a very stalky frame and dont wish to go bellow 200lbs. I havnt mapped out a diet yet but i am doing some homework, but it will be depending on the cycle and intake requirements. My goals are to bulk up in mass as well as add some upper and lower body strength to my punches. Then chizzle down in a future cycle, once mass is obtained.

These are the cycles i am considering any suggestions?

1. Deca Durobolin
400mg a week x 8 weeks
Sustanon 250
400mg a week x8 weeks

Nolvadex on hand for side effects

2. Sustanon 250
500mg a week x8 weeks

I am curious to see if there might be any effective oral cycles that would help me reach my goals, or is the best route injects?

I also would like to use Clenbuterol to help controll my asthma, would this be harmfull to a bulking cycle if used in moderations?

At least 156 weeks.

Start researching workout routines/programs. Hopefully you know to use free weights and proper technique for the compound lifts (bench, deadlift, sqats).

Not to mention the eating part is more than a little important.

Bottom line - you don't need steroids until you reach your maximum genetic potential (which you are not close to).
 
You should deffinately try lifting a little longer but if your goping to cycle anyway I like cycle 2 but being you really never juiced before I think you can keep the Deca at 400 a week but you should be able to get away with the SuS at 250 a week..And save a few bucks
 
Well even though i havnt lifted in quite some time i am pushing my body hard in training in the gym for fights. I know its not the same, but my trainer at one point frowned on me lifting because it was making me less mobile. But more than anything i hope to gain max strength from my body to do even higher damage. So i guess now i am curious if a try a sustanon cycle with the next few months would it be a absolute waste?
 
It's your money.... you would honestly achieve much better results just eating properly and lifting (which does NOT make you less mobile.... you don't have to do olympic/powerlifting exercises).
 
i've got a solid lifting program i've used in the past, but solid diet and daily carb vs protien intake has always been shakey. Any suggestions on a solid site to do some homework?
 
Bro you are 5'10" and 250 and you wanna bulk??? Holy shit!! And you wanna stay mobile?? Are you kidding? If you are doing this for martial arts I don't see why you wanna be bigger than 250lb at 5 10. I would wanna be 20-30lbs lighter and stronger!! I don't understand your goals. Do you know your bodyfat%??? Sounds to me like you need to 1. Diet 2. Lift and 3. Cardio. Once you have dropped some punds then cycle put it back on and get a big bump in strength. I don't think you are ready for a kcycle, but if you;re gonna anyway don;t stack. Just run 250-500 mg e/w sust I wouls shoot every 3-4 days 250mg, you will see results, but man bro get yourself ready first.

bulking up and putting on mass doesnt make you punch harder! you can increase the power of your strikes with technique and speed and foot work.

i hit much harder at 265lbs then i did at 320lbs!

perfect example;have you ever seen the mirco crocop vs bob sapp fight?
 
Yea i am 250lbs because i went up 1 weight class for a recent fight. Hey, Tyson was leathal at 240lbs so i wanted to take a stab at it.So i will shed 50lbs and go back down to my normal 200ish. I guess when i say bulk up i wanna enlarge my biceps and pecs some. My diets needs some work, because i havnt found anything i like yet. Lifting is somthing i will be doing now weekly, and as far as cardio goes getting 20 hours a week with my training. You make a great point thou, need to shake the pounds 1st then put on some lean mass and chizzle up. I got my first UFC fight comming up in Nov. so trying to work a game plan. Thanks for the advice
 
I'm in search of a solid diet to cutt weight while still obtaining lean mass, Ketogenic Diet is what sticks out the most. Any suggestion?
 
really, who are you fighting...is that the same night as silva and liddel... good luck man.. yeah you sound like you look like jeff monson... i am 6' 190 right now. I am a fighter and i can believe that you are limber as big as you are...where do you train?
 
Yep undercard to silva and liddel, tho i doubt it will make pvp heh unless the other undercard fights end super quick. Fighting Devin Cole, not a big namer but nor am i. Still its a chance for me to kick some ass. I train out of washington state. I would guess our training is similar, any advice with gear would be greatfull
 
you are actually fighting in the UFC? nice! i've been watching it since it started. they might make you piss afterwards......i know some fighters have been busted (silva, barnett)

i am in a similar position, i want to get bigger/stronger but i need to lose some fat and work out by myself. i'm 6'1" 200 lbs, 20 to 25% BF i think. i can drop to 170 or 175 and keep all of my muscle and be OK to start.

i am starting focusing my diet now with the little workouts that I do. someone here recommended http://www.fitday.com to check for nutrition facts. you can enter in all of the food you eat each day and it will tell you all of the nutritional facts. it is really cool, go check it out. it will help you out with your diet portion.

try bodyweight exercises to develop muscular endurance. that is what i mostly do, with some dumbell work.
 
you better start thinking about the drug test's too...
stick with all water based injectables...prop,suspension....tren ace maybe...!!!
 
5'10" 250 lbs....what is your BF % ? That will be the kicker to decide what cycle or if you need a cycle. Post it up...or an estimate.
 
run the juice longer that 8 weeks bro too......I would say 10 minimum....

deca 400 wk 10 weeks
Test E 500 wk 12 weeks
dbol 30 mg ed wk's 1-5

I think that would be a solid cycle but make sure you workout with slow good form with all your core exersises for a few months first......That is just my 2 cents...
 
If UFC does the piss test then dont run Deca or Test E.
Detection time for Test E is 3 months and Deca is listed as upto 18 months.
Something with a shorter detection time would be Test Prop and Primo. Someone else will probably come up with some other suggestions too.

But if they dont then go for it.

1-4 weeks d-bol 30 mgs everyday
1-12 weeks test enthate 500 mgs every week (mon.,thur.)
1-12 weeks eq 600 mgs every week (mon.,thur.)
1-14 arimidex .5 mg everyday

Chances are slim i will get tested tho they have randoms, but i know a few guys who have been poped a few times and got slap on the wrist.

Diet will be 4000 cal daily intake
Ratio: 250g protien 600g. carbs 66g fat was suggested, any thoughts on diet?

Lifting 4 days a week twice a day, 30 hours a week of training and prep for fight.

Geting BF% and mesurements 2marrow so i have comparison.
 
Bro...your BF % is too high to be running your proposed cycle. At 250 lbs with 25% BF that means you have about 62 lbs of fat on your body!!! Dude, you are obese.....and the cycle you put up isn't gonna make you skinny, its gonna do the exact opposite.

IMHO given your allready high BF %, sporadic approach to training, and undisciplined and unplanned diet you are gonna end up being very fat in the end. I think a lot of others will agree with me on this.......go natty until you have a solid base.

Whatever you do...good luck bro.

If my math is right you are eating about 65% carbs, 27% protein and 7% fat. I really cant make any sense out of that but if this is some "special" MMA type of diet say so.

I would up the proteins and fat and lower the carbs.

Cutting down to 50lbs between now and nov is no prob. I'm not 62lbs overweight and obese that is for sure, i norm fight around 200lbs but i went up in weight for a recent fight. I took this fight at shor notice and just tryin to a solid route to go. i'd lik to be solid at 220ish for this fight.
What is 'natty' btw?

Cycle please....and please if you dont know about a cycle dont offer your opinion on it...it makes it really frustrating to see people just trying to get there posts up..... The right person will answer the mystery k.... thanx...my 26 cents....peace....
 
I would do a cycle of tren A and testo Prop insted, up the protein as said before, minimum 400g/day skipp a-dex, that just screws with the results, you need water for maximum results..
