First cycle! recommendations?

21 y/o, 6 ft, 90kg.
5 year gym exp.

Looking to start a cycle, but not to bulk but rather 'tone' and lean out my muscle and put on a little mass?

What would you recommend I take? I know i am young and have natty test still, so putting all that aside, please give opinions? (also MIN side effects)

You are definitely too young. Anavar is good and mild with min side effects. Tbol is also a good choice. If you want injectable primo is good for your needs. What about a ph? Some of them arent too harsh. You are extremely light you need to eat more. The juice isnt going to make a difference without eating a sufficient amount of food. At 6 ft you should be at least 105 kg.

look into Mr Supps.com Kanatadrol its very mild no sides but you will still need a PCT since it cuts you up i would use Forma (mr Supps) thru out and for PCT and some Post cycle/unleashed.expect to gain 5-15 lbs depending on diet!


I still say you're too young but if you ignore this advice thats what i would do, be safe bro.
 
you said you have been training for 5 years... what have your gains been this last year? have you gotten bigger? stronger?

why do you want to cycle? what are your goals?

i cant recommend anything to a 21 year old except some natural supps like unleashed, gear and stuff like that.. there really is no point at 21 to cycle..

i think it would be better for you to state your goals.. what you have been doing to try to reach them and then we can help you tweak your diet and routine to reach them.
 
Ya i have been up and down with my weight... between 88 and 93 kg's. I eat very well, but maybe not enough? I'm eating good enough protein and carbs. i want to lower my BF first and then put on some kg's :) I just feel like I've been training HARD for a while with no real gains, but have become a little more lean, so its very frustrating. That's why I was thinking of maybe a cycle to boost it a bit and train hard to keep them?
