I'm 5"9 160 around 9% BF. I have college experience in training + nutrition but lack a bit in A.S. usage. How does this cycle look for a 1st time user who wants to gain between 25-30 lbs.???
SOS250 Rediject (Weeks 1-10)
D-bol (Thai) (Weeks 1-4 @ 25mg/day)
Clomid (Weeks 12-14) (How much each day??)
Nolvadex on hand just in case! (HOW MUCH??)
My split will look like this:
Day--1 Chest/Calves/Neck
Day--2 Legs/Abs
Day--3 Rest
Day--4 Delts/Neck/Abs
Day--5 Back/Forearms/Abs
Day--6 Rest
Day--7 Bis/Forearms/Tris/Abs
Day--8 Cycle repeats!!!
1. Is 1 day a week for arms enough? I especially want them to grow!!!
2. I lack in forearms so i will do 2 times a week. Same for arms was wondering???
My diet will be as follows:
1. 275-300 grams protein each day
2. As many carbs as i can consume
3. The least amount of saturated fat i can take in!!!
