hello, i'm completely new to the forum but i'd like to start out by saying that i've read through some of the posts and have seen alot of great advice. a response would be greatly appreciated. i'm 22 years old, 5'8 and 160lbs. bench press 320lbs, squat around 400lbs and am relatively very strong for my size and weight. however i can never seem to reach my peek physical condition. i am trying to find a cycle that will put about 10-15 pounds of muscle on, yet shred me up and have hard tight muscles. my major fear is becoming to bulky. also i want to combat any possible side effects. once again thanks for all the advece
