First cycle planning...

Hey guys,
I planning my first cycle for June... right now i'm sitting at 5'11'' about 195lbs, not sure about body fat (but since i can see my abs is it fair to say i'm around 10-12%???... i can post pics if it'll help)... i guess my question is what i should do with my diet/training till then... continue to bulk cleanly or try to lean out? The first cycle is going to be a bulker for sure (always clean bulk though).

if you need info i can provide it... been training regularly for about 8 years...ummm best shape at around 205 9% (caliper tested)...

I don't bulk like everyone else either. I just add two to three extra, clean, meals a day. I like to stay below 10% year round.

PLanning a low dose test only cycle... a clean bulker... i can get the pics to you once i get to my home computer

so till then should i continue to try to bulk cleanly? or focus on leaning out?

test only...good...low dose? expand? what does your PCT look like? I think in you case since this is going to be a bulker..then i would continue to bulk cleanly...no point in cutting (depends actually on what your BF is) now..

250-500 test a week for 10-12 but still trying to decide (i've got some solid help on that from an experienced competitor who believes in low dosing so i'm comfortable with his advice but here to verify with you guys and learn for myself as well)... leaning towards the 500 with clomid/hcg for PCT but am considering going with the 250 and attempting an all natural PCT...any thoughts?

if your going with the 500 then i would say do the nolva w/the HCG drop the clomid..but it works fine too....but even if you did 250mgs you still need to do the pct bro...
 
My advice would be to stick with the 250/wk test and forget the "herbal" pct. Get some nolva/clomid. Not worth the risk. Good luck.

If you want to lean out before the cycle then do it. On the cycle you will prob gain some fat. On your pct I would do the hcg and nolva.
