I'm 24 yrs old and probably around 150(I was 175lbs) took about 4 months off due to a recent surgery to my right knee. THis would be my first time being serious about steroids and I read the guide out there on the net including the steroids 101 but I'm still a bit confused... Im thinking of the beginner cycle which is testostersone enanthate and diabolin i think its called? don't get me wrong I'm 5'7 and have lost a considerable abmount of weight but I work out HARD. So please don't flame me or anything I just need some honest advice on how my cycles should be and what I should take to prevent any side effects which I am most worried about like my junk not working for example... if you guys have an AIM sn that would be the easiest way to talk to me post your sn and we'll talk =) thanks in advance.

You have not even started tracking your diet yet have you?

EAT EAT EAT....Test and Dianabol isnt really a beginner cycle and yes its called DIANABOL...stay here and do some research bro...Check out Needtobuildmuscle.net for great products.

^Agree

But seriously if you do go with your cycle don't make the mistake of just buying your AAS and starting without getting your ancillaries and PCT products. Grab everything before hand and that way if you have bad side effects you won't be in a pinch to get them. Besides, if you cycle once successfully you'll most likely need them for your future more complex cycles.

Seriously what's your diet look like? If it's shit, I wouldn't even bother starting. Post that up and your goals and we'll take it from there.

I'm not 100% about the exact calories and all because I have gotten great gains from just eating as much as I can whenever I can up to 5-6 meals spread evenly through the day. High protein each meal with carbs and protein shakes in between. a typical day when I'm working out would be.

3 scrambled eggs, 3 strips of bacon, toast, yogurt, glass of milk

steak, baked potatoe, green veggies, rice

protein shake, rice, sauteed red meat(asian style)

tuna sandwhich, 1-2 cups cottage cheese

protein shake, nuts, 4-6 cups of milk

I am also 1 of those hard gainers so that is another reason I am trying to cycle sum AS for some clean mass gains.
I'm still a bit confused about how to use those pcts and ancilliaries and such and hcg... I just want to do this as safe as possible with little to no sides that take a toll on my body afterall I'm trying to improve my body not the opposite. Thanks again for your time guys.

this diet is a fine start.

i would add this. a little or no fat shake high in simple carbs and whey post w/o and also drink a tall glass of milk between these meals.

now whats your training look like?

yea, I'm thinking of ganing my max wirght which is around 170-75 and starting my cycle than. Especially because I have been out of the gym and I have been kind of slacking on my diet for a couple of months... I have been training 5-6 times a week for the past 2 1/2 or 3 years... I was a skinny 130lb kid when i started. People thought I was on roids the way I was training lol.

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal bro will help you track your calories....it breaks everything down for you and its free to use

i would replace the tuna with grilled chicken or turkey for more calories and snack on some almonds and all natural peanut butter for some healthy fats

just like Joe D said, whats your training look like bro?

^^^Exactly, try to reach that point before using AAS.

I'm 5'6", I hit a wall at around 180-185 lbs without the help of AAS. If you put all the weight you can before you start, you will be glad you do. Many people start pre-mature. Its good to see that you atleast realize that your diet is lacking right now and you can put more weight on without the assistance of AAS. Be patient and get everything in check first. I would advise reaching these goals before getting the AAS. I know many who go ahead and get them but plan not to start until they reach their potential before starting. The problem with this is, either they get too excited, or get lazy and go ahead and start a cycle.

Training goes something like this with much progress.

Mon- I work the different heads of biceps for 2 days here I work the short head (brachialis/forearm) Do a whole lot of exercises like hammercurls, and narrow grip barbell curls I go crazy for every muscle I go up on the weight slowly than drops sets with high intensity.

Tues- Chest day switch every other week bench barbell/dumbell working upper, mid, lower pecs. finshing off with machines

Wed- Long head biceps, wide grip barbell curls and dumbell work, finish with cables and machines

Thu- Shoulders, front, mid, rear delts dumbells, barbell, machines, raises and press end with cables/machines

Fri- Triceps, narrow grip barbell bench, dumbell kickbacks, dips, machines.

Sat- Back, pullups, lat pulldowns, 1 handed dumbell rows, machine rows

Sun- REST

Yea, I was kind of tempted at first to kickstart me getting back to the gym in what feels like an eternity these past 4 months out of gym. I lost like 15-20lbs of muscle man... and its hard to stay on a diet that big without doing nothing but sitting on your ass all day. Can someone help me out on which gear would be best? I was looking at the iran and norma Test E they have a big price gap $50 to be exact to the GP. I am noob and I admit it so forgive me for my questions but if there isnt much difference I would go for the $5 iran if you guys know what I mean. It also would be greatly appreciated if you guys can help and shed some light on how the pcts work and stuff like what do I incorporate in with my test e cycle alone. I've tried reading over and over again but I get confused the more I read. Thanks for all of your replies =)

to me this looks like garbage. if you are progressing with it than dont stop. if you need a change up post it the weight training forum.

imo a new lifter should stick to the big lifts. build real mass. like this

How to gain muscle mass over the summer with 20 rep squats

or maybe this

day 1
flat db press 3 sets
stand bb press 3 sets
dips 3sets
rev grip press 3 sets

day 3
deads 3 sets
bent rows 3 sets
tbar 3 sets
shrugs 4 sets
chins 2 sets

day 5
squats 3 sets
leg curl 4 sets
leg ext 2 sets
stand calf 3 sets

opposites as far as styles but both focus on the big lifts. your routine looks wimpy and worthless imo (no disrespect just my honest opinion)

lol none taken. I actually do incorporate all those exercises mentioned other than the leg exercises which I will be sure to do since I juss started bein able to walk again and got my kneee fixed to be able to exercise my legs from now =)

don't do more than a few exercises for bi's and tri's they get worked enouhg from chest presses and back rows and/or pulldowns.
sholders look like you are doing way too much for that muscle group also. 8-9 sets max imo. they also get worked from chest and back. I only do 2 exercises a week for them.

You need a leg workout or 2, there's another problem, squats cause the body to produce more GH naturally. I do legs twice a week, but you can start off with once a week. leg press, squats, calf raises, leg extension, leg curls. they get fun when yuo're hurting so much you can't walk.

Diet isn't too bad. I only eat 3-4 meals a day, lol. low cals, but that cuz im cutting. You're isn't too bad, Joed has ya covered, listen to him, he knows how to bulk!

If you were 175 once, yuor muscle memory will get you there pretty fast. as long as diet is in check and training is solid, don't over train.
And I would wait on that cycle, yuo need to research more, AI's, SERMS, hcg, pct, sides, needles (what sizes guage, how long, aspirate?) ya there is a lot that goes into planning a first cycle, took me a year and a half. I just read everything until I knew I had everything perfect and the vets on the board told me you're good to go.
Welcome! read up! :)

Since your wanting to put on size, if would look into a 5X5 routine. Bench, Squat, Deadlift! Here is a great 5X5 workout.

5x5 Calculator

Just put in the weights and the calculator will do the rest. Just follow the chart. For each lift, its best to find the weight that you can only get for 5 reps and enter that information into the calculator.

Yeah you should be able to make some amazing gains with out the D-bol and tes if you have been out of the gym for that long.
