First cycle looking for help :)

Hey Guys,
Im 23 yrs old, 5ft 10, 12%BF and about 144 pounds.
Ive been lifting for about a year commited never missing a workout and kinda lifting for about 3 yrs on and off. Anyway ive done my research and I really dont want to inject so im going to buy some IP winny 50mg tabs. I was thinking of taking one a day. For 8 weeks. Will this do anything for me at all?? Like will it help me put on any bulk at all or will it just harden up the muscle I already have? Will it lower my bodyfat%? What side effects could I expect??

Thanks alot for this board ive learnt alot reading through it all for the past 3 or 4 months!

At your size and weight coupled with your minimal training experience I would recommend you stay natural and eat, eat, eat...You should be able to gain nicely by taking in alot more calories than I am guessing your are getting (or not getting in this case) right now. Also a cycle of winny only for 8 weeks would not be my first choice...
 
Winstrol is a cutting drug, and you're 144 pounds.
I dont think its a good idea.
You havent reached your max potential yet. Just keep training natural and try a high calorie diet instead.
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys :D When you say increase my calories are you saying eat more protein, carbs and fat or just more protein?

Also terminator what cycle would u recommend?

winny is pretty hard on you like all 17aa steroids. That is why most do not run it for more than 6 wks. You pretty much have to inject if you are going to take steroids. It really isn't bad at all. If I were you I would run test @ between 300-500 per wk for 8-10 wks. You will put on some good size and strength.

In terms of more calories try eating just about everything in sight. At 5'10" and 144# you are pretty thin.

Take in more of all 3 bro'. Total calories is what you are looking for when trying to put on mass. ALWAYS keep protein intake high, whether bulking or cutting though. If you can't eat enough calories, there are plenty of high quality mass building shakes you can get which will help you slam down all those calories and put on some weight.
