First Cycle journal Beastrol/Test Cyp

I started my very first cycle today.

Doing 500mg Test cyp a week, and Beastrol 20/30/30/30.

Im using Forma Stanzol 5pumps Twice a day.

Will start Hcgenerate about the third week till it runs out.

I will also be using Unleashed/Post cycle when the time comes.

Right now im at 190lbs with about 13% bf.

I pinned my first time today, and i really wasnt as nervous as i thought i would be, didnt hurt at all!! The test was tooo smooth!!

Just got home from the gym, did all push muscles today, feeling good!
 
Nice bro, sounds like a good and solid 1st cycle.
Please tell us about your workouts. Dont need to put in weights if you dont wanna but do put in the excersizes that you do. Also we would all love to see your diet and starting stats.

Today i did chest, tricep, shoulder

CHEST- flat d-bell press, incline bench, peck deck, dips w/ 20lb d-bell between legs

SHOULDERS- Arnold d-bell press, shrugs, standing side laterals, standing miltiary press

TRICEPS- Skull crunchers, close-grip bench, cable push downs w/the rope, d-bell extensions behind the head

Consider switching the peck deck for BBL flat bench bro.

SHOULDERS- Arnold d-bell press, shrugs, standing side laterals, standing miltiary press

TRICEPS- Skull crunchers, close-grip bench, cable push downs w/the rope, d-bell extensions behind the head
Check French Press and maybe put in place of d-bell extensions. I feel you use more weight with this.

Everything is a work in progress...
 
Today was leg and bicep day, which is definetly my most trying day. My biceps are definetly my weak point as far as putting on mass. My strength is good, but the bulk isnt great, compared to rest of the body, when i stand sidways in the mirror chest and shoulders look good but them biceps just arent getting there, kinda puts me in a funk. Its always been like that since i started lifting. Was on a real time schedule today also which also pissed me off.

BICEPS- Preacher curl wide grip, sitting d-bell curl, d-bell preacher curls, pull-ups till failure 2x

LEGS- deadlifts, leg extensions, d-bell squats, calf raises

Cardio-20min (i do this after workout, is it better that way or b4 lifting?)

Whats up bro? sounds like a fun cycle, I hate when I am on a time schedule at the gym too. Its hard to concentrate looking at the clock the whole time :evil:

If your biceps are lacking but your chest and shoulders are looking good. IMO its because you are over training them. I dont know what your back workout looks like but if you lift heavy they are getting hit pretty good. Some people do not even train biceps on their own because they get enough stimulation on back day. I personally just cut way back on the number of sets I was doing for biceps and triceps and I already have added some mass to my arms. Another suggestion I have is to check out my current journal and see how I have laid out my weekly workouts. Then list your complete workout in here and I am sure Zedhed and others will be able to help you more like they did me. Oh and as far as cardio goes a good rule of thumb that works for me is 10-15min light cardio warm up b4 and no more than 25-30 min. after keeping your heartbeat around the 130 mark. If you go to much over that for to long you become catabolic and start burning away the muscle you are working hard to build. One tip about the beast is make sure your taking taurine and drinking alot of water to help with the pumps you ll get in your back and calves doing cardio around the 3 week mark.

I hope I have been some help. The best advice I can give you though is the more info you put in your journal the more guys that know what they are talking about can help you out. Diet, routine, supp intake anything you think would help. Its made a huge difference in my training bro I am sure It can do the same for you.

hey bro, IMO this is way too much bicep work. I would def keep the chin ups and then only one other direct bicep excersize, the one that you can use the most weight on.

LEGS- deadlifts, leg extensions, d-bell squats, calf raises
Leg extensions are bad bad bad for knees bro. Do lunges or prefer Ft Squats. Much better in every way and wont fuck your knees.

Even leg press.

130-150 BPM on your after workout cardio.

I was trying to post a before cycle picture (figured that would be important for the log) but i couldnt figure that one out lol. But if you go to my profile, my profile pic is my before cycle pic. Its not the greatest pic but thats all i got for now.
 
Today was my second pin of the cycle, shot in my left quad, still was 100% pain free.

Todays diet was:

Morning: 4eggs, bowl of oatmeal, slice of multigrain toast, 2 bananas

Mid-morning: Wheyprotein shake, cottage cheese

Lunch: Whole-wheat pasta, fresh broccoli,, hard boiled egg

Mid-day: Lettuce wraps with tuna salad (minus the mayo)

Dinner: 8oz steak, sweet potatoe, side salad

Late snack: greek yogurt, with a casien shake

Suppliments thru out the day: 20mg beastrol (10 in am then 10mg in pm), 1000 fish oil, 1000 milk thistle, mulit vitamans (gnc brand), 10pumps forma stanz (5pumps in the am and 5 in the pm)

Its not the greatest diet but im working on it. About a gallon and a half of water

Check it out! Its an online food journal. You enter your info and it will tell you your BMR so you know how many calories you need a day. Then enter in the food your eating and it will break it down for you. It has helped me out quite a bit.....

I see my diet is gonna b one of my biggest problems this cycle. Mon-Fri I work a 12hr shift. Some days I get very little time for breaks. Its hard to pound these meals down on the run all day, weekends I'm ok but during the week it's hard.

Zed basically when i get a second i run to where i eat and i slam some food down, im still getting my meals down just really dont enjoy rushing u know.

Tomorrow will have completed my first week of my cycle, and i will also bump my beastrol from 20mg a day to 30mg a day.

Heres a question, how often can i inject in my quads b4 i switch somewhere else? I was gonna go one more week in the quads then switch to maybe delts.

But i dunno now that i came home and calmed down i feel very out of it now, muscle are still very tight tho, feels good. Also did my third pin today, must of hit something today, legs kinda sore.

i pinned twice in the right and one in the left, i would like to stick with qauds as long as i can i feel very comfortable injecting there

Zed Im not really sure y i dont bench as much as i used to, ive notice that if i only flat bench a couple times a month, the numbers go up, i used to work out with a guy who said, u want your bench numbers to go up dont bench all the time so.. i dunno but my current numbers now on bench are 225x8 235x8 245x6. I dont always do push ups sometimes at the end of a chest day I just burnout on them not always, do different varieties of push up styles.

I googled the power shrugs will no doubt throw that in the mix, shit looks :evil:

Cardio i keep in the 130 on heartrate

Three weeks into cycle whats the proper weight gain with good calories and heavylifting which i sure varies between persons but unless i misread my weight before cycle, i believed i was at around 192lbs, i weighed today and it said 202, is 10lbs a decent gain? I mean when looking in the mirror defintely see a difference.
 
Looking good brother! You'll dig those power shrugs I started doing them after ZED told me about them. Between those and Rack pulls my traps are starting to blow up! :biggrin: Go heavy!!!!!!

Yeah im here been a hectic week, but things are goin real good in the gym feeling good and strong. I just started throwing in Hcgenerate into the mix. Sex drive is feeling really great, which im sure my GF really appreciates LOL! Workouts are just feeling really good, muscles are feeling super tight after just a couple workouts like theyre gonna bust right throw the skin. I was thinking about getting back on creatine, which i stopped taking at beginning of cycle, what u guys think?? Another thing, after my cycles done, and i plan the next cycle sometime towards winter, is it alright to do another bulk cycle before my first cut cycle, or should i cut 1st?? I guess it just depends on my end result from this cycle i guess. Hitting back tomorrow at the gym, will let u know how it goes.
 
Mostly that depends on yoir goals bro. If your bf isn't wack then I would always say more mass. But that's the look that I happen to like too, not for everybody tho and I understand that.
 
I agree with Zed bro it all depends on the direction you want to go. I would start taking the creatine it will help keep the intensity up while your in the gym after your cycle is over. One ques. Why did you quit taking it while on cycle ?

Honestly not sure why i stopped taking it, maybe i just thought i wasnt gonna need it till after cycle but im gonna start today taking it
 
Workouts are getting very intense, feeling real good. This is my last week of Beastrol but thinking of going one more week. Started taking my Creatine again. Worked out chest yesterday and decided to max out on bench to see where I was and boy what a change. My one max rep went from 285 to 310. My regular bench routine also went up 245x8 255x8 265x6 and honestly think I could of went a little heavier.
