First cycle, interested in a few different products need advice on which way to go.

This is going to be my second overall cycle, My last one was about 1 1/2 years ago when I was in high school. I took sustanon at a rate of 400 mg a week for 8 weeks. I saw some improvements but wasnt as serious as I am now. I have been lifting seriously for over 2 years and I am ready to take my training to the next level. I have been looking into a few products and was set on Deca for a couple weeks and Have recently been steering toward test. enanthate. I want to take a strong cycle for about 10 weeks. I was considering 1 or the other injectables and 20mg a day of dianabol.

I am 6'1, 160lb, 20 years old. I have a lean body structure. I am looking to gain mass and strength and am not picky about staying strickly full of lean mass. I want to get LARGE.

I am asking for anyones oppinion on :
a good injectable,
a good amount to inject weekly,
a good oral to take along with the inject,
And a good suggestions on any internet sites that are trusted with good prices.
 
The first flaw I can see is that you barely mentioned diet.....at 6'1 and 160 lbs, your first concern on getting big would be making sure that you are getting at least 3500-4500 calories a day, spread out over 6-7 meals including pre and postworkout

Something like 250-280 grams of protein, 100-120 grams fat (almonds, sunflower seeds, nuts, olives etc..) and about 300-350 gr of carbs...oats, grains, red beans, green veggies....

Hard gainer special.......

Weeks 1-12 Test enanthate 500 mg week (spread out twice weekly inj 250mg monday/thursday)
1-10 Deca 400mg week
weeks 1-4 dianabol at 25-30 mg split up 2-3 times a day with meals or pre workout (10/10/10)

Have a-dex on hand to manage any estrogen sides AS THEY MANIFEST (you are lean so you may not have too much of a problem with gyno/bloat but have it on hand anyway..... .25mg ed or eod)

PCT----Have at least 5000iu to start 2 weeks after last inject......

Yeah I appologize for the questions on sources and prices I had made the post before reading the newbie rules.


I agree completely with the increase in food intake and a proper diet.

I am not familar with the "dex" you mention to manage "hynecomastia?"

And the only other grey area of your advice is the "5000iu" that you talk about starting 2 weeks after your final injection.
 
Whoops..........HCG.....5000iu....split up into 500iu injects

Arimidex = a-dex

One of the side effects of aas use is increased aromatization of testosterone to estrogen.....this causes bloat, gynecomastia (bitch tits), itchy nipples etc

Wow, I don't know where to begin here... dude, please listen to what I'm gonna advise you.... step away from any A A S for a good while. At 6'1", 160lbs, it's clear the one major thing you need right now (provided that your training routine is good) is to eat, eat, and EAT.... then EAT MORE! Food is one of the most anabolic substances you can give to your body! I guarantee that if you change your diet, you'll see a huge improvement in only 6 months. People are advised to eat more to gain big and they *always* take that lightly. You need to eat big to gain big. How many calories do you take it now? What's your diet like? Do you take any supplements?

Now, the other important fact.... your hormones should be kicking high right now.... use that to your advantage... don't risk permanently messing up your natural test levels, etc. by starting A A S so early. Give yourself a few years, get someone to help you with a good diet and an intense, mass-building training routine (heavy weights, lower reps, compound exercises). And while you're getting diet and training in-check, continue to learn about A A S, stick around.... in a few years, when your body is truly ready for it, you'll be armed with the proper knowledge.

I'm afraid you're going to get flamed big time bro... just trying to ease the blow for ya.
