First cycle help!

hey guys, ive been reading a lot on here lately i am going to start my first cycle in a few weeks after i get more info so wondering if u can help. It will be using sustanon and test cyp for about 8-12 weeks not sure yet though. I am going for a somewhat lean and cut look with some size as well as the hard look of the muscle. I weigh 207 right now i will probably drop to 200 before i start since i know you gain mass with sust. I want to stay in between 210-215 whil using it and afterwards to, like i said i want the lean and hard look with some size. What is the best way i should use this cycle and how long for the look i am going for? And also what do you guys recommend for a PCT? What what are some of the side effect i should expect. My stats are

working out 4 years in pretty good shape
207lbs
6 foot
body fat is between 10-13 % i think

You're kinda all over the place with this...so I'll pose a few questions and comments

Why 2 kinds of test?

What do you mean "I know you'll gain mass with sust?"

What's pretty good shape?

And most importantly, why do you have juice if you don't know how to use it?

Yeah, don't set goals around a specific gear, get the gear that will fit your goals.

Is this your first cycle? What is your training like? Diet?

So your plans are to go from 207lbs and cut down to 200lbs, then start the cycle and gain 15-20lbs and keep it.

Yea i weigh 207 right now and will be dropping down to 200 because through reading hear and from a buddy of mine i heard you usually gain 15 -20 punds
really i am looking to stay between 210 and 215 on my cycle with the look i am going for if that makes sense i really dont want to be some monster and bulky you know

i work out 5-6 times per week with at least 20mins of cardio usually

my diet well i dont eat any junk food or fast food so it is pretty clean i would say i try to eat pretty healthy

i really could use some advice thanks
 
Stick to basics with first..i am new and from what i read simplicity is what you need for first...I take test enan 400mg a week 4th week in seeing so really good results. Maybe try looking into that
 
if i had a karma hit every time i hear "i don't want to get to big"....

How old are you?

if you had 10% BF and weight 207 you wouldn't need to loose some weight.

how about posting some pics to see where you are?

Tell us your age..
Tell us what you eat daily..
Tell us how you lift..
Tell us your goals..

From there we can tell you the next/safe step.

Again, sust may or may not be good for you (any test probably will be), but it sound like you have made up your mind on a compound and are trying to get yourself to fit to it. Don't do that. You don't need to cut down to 200 lbs because you are going to gain 15-20 lbs - diet, dosage, and training will help control how much you gain.

Answer the questions and there will be alot of help.
 
Im 24 but now after reading a little here i probably just going to stick with sustanon and afterwards go with winny. The only reason i wanted to drop weight is because i typically can put on a lot of size pretty quick thats why just wanted to gradually get to 215.

My goal is to stay between 210-215 with a lean cut look thats why i am thinkin of doing the sust and the winny now

i lift 5-6 a week usually 2- 2 1/2 hours with 20mins of cardio (not sure if you need more info let me know though)

morning - 4-5 eggs with some waffles, fruit and oatmeal

afternoon - usually a sandwich of some sort with fruit on the side

evenings - home cookin lol pasta, chicken stuff like that nothing unhealthy

In between those meal i usually have some fruit or oatmeal as a snack

any more info you guys need to help me? I appreciate all the help you guys are givin me, like i said i want to be sure before i actually do it thanks

Don't take this the wrong way, but 1) if you can "put on a lot of size pretty quick" then why are you even doing AAS, and 2) why drop down just to come back up? I may be missing something here, but you're not explaining well. If you are 207 and you're goal is 210-215 lean and you put on weight fast now and need to drop down to 200 to get to 210, then why even cycle?

It sounds like all you need is a lean growth routine. High protein, moderate healthy fats, low carb, cardio after lifting. 8-10 weeks and you could be at 210 and leaner with no AAS, no sides, no worry of keeping gains in PCT, etc.

Sounds like 1) you are over-training, or 2) not hitting it hard enough. What is your training routine - include your rest peroids inbetween sets.

Waffles? Pasta? It's not a question about "unhealthy", it's a question of whether the carbs are good carbs or bad carbs. Waffles and pasta (even whole grain for the most part) are bad carbs. What about protein intake? Healthy fats? Your diet looks carb heavy.

Let me ask you a question - why do you think sustanon is for you?
 
+1 on the over training

+1 on the diet needing work, wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much sugar and not eating nearly enough (calories or frequency)

6-7 meal a day, protein should be from lean meats, egg whites....veggies...carbs should be from PLAIN oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes, brown rice....condiments with less than 1g of sugar per serving, lotttttttts of water...

Taking any supps?

no im not taking any sups right now. I know my diet still needs work and i am working on that. any other suggestions tough
 
You dont need steroids!

If your happy at 215 your almost there. If i was you and I had a set weight I would bulk to that weight and then lean it out gradualy through correct diet and training

Also the steroids will probably have you looking like superman while your on them, but when your off its back to square one. If you really want to maintain a lean cut look all year round you will need to get your diet in check.

Save your body for when you need it
