I'm hearing the common consensus that the Anadrol is too strong for first timer. So what's the shelf life on a typical bottle of Cyp and Anadrol pills?

I'm hearing the common consensus that the Anadrol is too strong for first timer. So what's the shelf life on a typical bottle of Cyp and Anadrol pills?

My brand name (pfizer) cyp is stamped to expire in 2013. Even after this date I'm sure it's still usable, although maybe not as potent.

Not sure about the anadrol. Probably still would be fine after a year or two as long as you store it properly.

I'm hearing alot of mixed reviews on Anadrol not being good for the first timer. So I decided to post my own....

I'm just about to start my first cycle of Test - Cyp & Anadrol. Do you think this is a good starter cycle (10weeks) to put on 10 lbs of muscle? Once I have the muscle gain, how do I get the cut look I see in the forum ?

I'm 5'11, 182lbs 33 yr old, 12.4% BF, diet is about spot on eating(lean, green stuff) every 2-3 hours, plenty of supplements.

First Drop the Anadrol,not recommended for a first cycle.
So you want the cut look then run 500mgs of test enanthate or cypionate along with an ai like (arimidex) to combat bloat
and you will need to learn to eat correctly

test cyp = 400 - 500mg/week. pin Mon, Thurs. Keep Protein around 250 grams a day spaced out, 6 meals + shakes inbetween. Use arimidex, letrozole or aromisin for bloat.

Nice and simple test only cycle for a beginner. I easily put on 10lbs of muscle and have kept most of it.
Testosterone only should always be used for a first cycle. The body produces it naturally so side effects are predictable. Also if you do get side effects when using both compounds, how will you know which one caused it?

aj13, one question and maybe it's a dumb one, but... how are you able to know/suggest me doing it Mon and Thurs? Do the days matter? Aren't I good to go as long as I pin 2 times every 7 days?

Hey mate - well it doesnt exactly matter which 2 days you do it. And on a dosage of 400-500mg a week, some would argue that you could even just pin one day a week - although this would mean less stable blood levels (high at the start then dropping) and fluctuations in hormone levels is what brings acne etc. but as I said at that dosage it probably wouldnt make a difference - but if you can may aswell do twice a week.

The exact days dont matter but make them 4 days apart, day 1 in the AM, and day 2 in the PM - this is because the half life of Test with the Cyp/Enth ester attached is approximately 3.5 days. So i.e. 8am mondays and 8mp thursdays. Or tues/fri, wed/sat etc.
