If you are working out 5 days/wk and doing 10 min of cardio pre and post workout that = 100 minutes of cardio per week. No wonder you can't gain weight; cut that shit out pronto. As a hard gainer doing a fuck load of cardio is the worst thing possible. What exactly does your diet look like?
 
Cut the cardio. It doesn't matter how much you weigh before you decide to cycle, just that you have reached your peak or close to it naturaly before you decide to start. Deca is great for putting on weight, but not near as popular as it used to be around here. My first cycle was deca, test and my nips gor real sore. Since then no more deca and no more problems. Just do a test only cycle at 500mg a week and eat and you will grow. Cut your training down also. One muscle per day and take a few days off. Clomid afterwards. You shouldn't need HCG at 21. Clomid will be enough. Ditch the Nolvadex,,outdated IMO. If you are worried about it get some Armidex or a 3gen anit-e.

Yeah I need to stop with the cardio I see =] ..
I guess try packing lunches more often, what do you sugg.?? SHould I just eat anything I can get my hands on to put some pounds on?? I'd like to put on like 20lbs.+ so I think I'll eat whatever I can to gain some wieght... Right now I'm only 150 and lanky as hell.. I try to eat but maybe theres not enough food in my house =] ..I get a shit load of food then its all gone in like 3-4 days and then I just stack up on N large II shakes and whatever I got leftover for about a week or so..I think my diet needs some serious tunning up... Do you think I should only workout like 3 times a week??? or maybe even 2?? I just love working out 4-5 times becuase it gives me somthing to do and I cant stop ounce I'm in the gym.. Oh yeah I got this damn Stenox just eye ballin me to take!!! Damn this is tuff; I wanna get big fast and use it but I dont think thats a good Idea.. Maybe I'll lock it up and keep it away from myself for a while.... What do you guys think as far as diet and workout times? oh yeah I'm 21 and still have very moderate acne but it pisses me off. I have gone to the dermatologist
for years but nothing has ever helped it was all BS..I have gone for about 2 years now since I've lost faith and heath insurance =[ .. Any ideas for helping with moderate acne on face and upper back??
 
Ditch the Stenox. It's way too toxic and has quite a rep for causing aggression. Try test enanthate or cypionate at 500 mg ew for 10 weeks. Add 30 mg dbol ed for the first 6 weeks and I garantee you will be satisfied with the weight and strength gain.

Concentrate on your diet as others have suggested; there are good suggestions there.

As for your workout routine, Sounds like you are overtraining. You should be working out like 4 days per week but revolving opposing muscle groups so that a muscle group is getting hit once a week. Try this: day 1: Chest, triceps. Day 2: Legs. Day 3: Shoulders, Biceps, Forearms, Abs. Day 4: Back, Traps, Abs.

You need to try different types of routines. Many advocate working each bodypart once per week and a lot of people get good results from that.

I can't grow working a bodypart once every 7 days, I have to work it once every 4 days, I do a three on and one off routine,
I'm 5'9" and 235 lbs.

One thing when training naturally, I learned the hard way, is to rarely train to failure. No more than once per month.

Monitor the weight that you use and program modest strength gains into a schedule. The key is consistency. When you hit these targets you will feel successful.

The key is progression, no matter how fast, steady progress.

Experiment a little to find out what works best for you.
 
sounds like ur a hardgainer .......eat everything in sight brother hell of alot of protein dont worry about keepin your diet clean.
try takeing protein shakes before you go to bed...lay off the cardio and pick up some gainer fuel(weight gain shakes and have one a day....and train heavy weight low reps...make sure you do dedlifts squats and bench press in that fashion they promote growth all over
