First cycle help..Freind gave me stexon

First cycle help..Freind gave me Halotestin (stenox)

Man I've been researching this for weeks now and I think this board has helped most.. just as Xiodus (http://boards.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=212038) I will be starting my first cycle but I'm in a different situation then him. My buddy gave me 60 tabs of Halotestin (stenox) and said to use those for my first cycle, I trusted him since hes been using gear as well as his brother for some time now.. After I did my reasearch though I found that Stexon would probably not be the best thing to do for my first cycle or any cycle for that matter, I think I'll stick with what I've found in my research and espeialy this board.. Thinking of using some Sust or Fina with the clomid as stated above but do you think I should have some Nulvadex as well ?? I'd rather be on the safe side.. I'm only 21 and 150lbs at 5"10 with about 7% bd fat or less. I'm very cut but have been unable to gain wait all my life no matter what I eat.. Although I'm trying to to eat alot (5000 cal daily) more I find it extremly diffucult to do when going to school and working 2 jobs... Since I'm already cut to the bone would you suggest the some Sust or maybe the Fina to put some pounds on as well as a 5000+ cal diet.. What do you think about the Stenox I got?? Should I hang on to it for a later time? Should I even consider on starting a cycle with it since its "rage" effects seem to be pretty high and I'm pretty tense and on edge as it is. I wouldn't want to make it any worse if theres an alternative.. Thx for all the help and yes the "search" botton has been of great help =]

I would make sure you are getting 1g of protein per lb of body weight and eating 6-8 meals a day. If your set on doing a cycle I wouldn't do Fina on th first one. I would stick with the sus of just plain test enthanate at 500mg a week for 10 weeks. You might consider adding some dball for the first half of the cycle.

Don't know much about the Stexon your buddy gave you, but any oral cycle isn't worth your time IMO.
 
Yeah I tend to get 1.5 to 2 grams of protien a day per pound if not more somtimes. I've been researching this for a while now and alot people seem to really like the clomid yet in the research I've found the Nolvadex seems alot better so I think I'll use that in place of the clomid.. In some research I've found that people sometimes use the Nolvadex in the middle of there cycle and post cycle.. Also, what do you think about using HCG post cycle with the Nolvadex?

How does this sound:

Deca durabolan - 200 - 400mg; weeks 1-8
Sustanon 250 - 500mg; weeks 1-8
Clomid - 150mg; weeks 9-10, 100mg weeks 11-13
Nolvadex - On hand

2 shots per weeks:
250mg of test (1ml) plus 100mg of Deca (1ml) mixed into the same syringe, and another of 200mg of Deca (2ml).

Not sure if I should use 200 or 400mg a week of the deca..

What do you guys think?


Should I hang on to the Stenox for a while or should I get rid of it?

Forget the Deca. I would suggest using test and maybe dbol for the first couple weeks.

Deca is good but test is the best to put on weight. If you are naturally a "stick" then the water weight from test will really help your muscles in building and recoperating.

Your first cycle should be an "easy" one. You have no idea how you will react to the AAS's
 
Kinda stressed for cash right now and the deca and test would not be cheap, You think I could get away with doing test for the first 8 weeks by itself? And maybe adding the Dbol on my second cycle


What should I do with the Halotestin (stenox) ?

Oh! I just seen you're 5'10" 150lbs, which is not alot. You don't need to be using Gear, right now. You should try training natural for a while and REALLY concentrate on eating more. Wait until you hit 170-175lbs before going on.
 
Yeah after reading another post on this board I think I'll just wait intill I can gain about 20lbs nat. before I start using gear... I have the hardest time gaing weight what do you guys suggest as far as Calorie intake daily and protien intake daily? I also work 2 jobs and goto school so when I try to have 2-3 N Large II shakes whenever I get some free time during a day since they contain 52g of protien for each shake... What kind of cal intake should I have?? Also I use Vit D milk with the shakes since it tastes great and has more cal. then other milks... How about some kind of mass calorie supplement since I work so much?? Should I stop working out 4-5 times a week for 45min to an hour?? Should I stop running for 10min. pre and post workout???
 
n larges shakes are good, but in your quest to gain weight, youll be better off with real foods. get your self a cooler to take to school and work with you. cook your meals the night prior. i work two jobs too and all i ever do on my breaks and lunch is eat. limit your cardio to a brisk walk rather than running and avoid it after your workout. as for your workout, try to revolve it around squats, bench press, deadlifts, pull ups, and dips <---best for gaining size. do these exercises once a week.
