Ok, i am 32 yo. and male.6'1 217 down from 270's in feb.Training off and on since '93.Anyways.....i am presently taking sust 250 mg twice a week, starting week 4, just now thinking i was cutting calories too low, also i was doing 45 min cardio during the first 3 weeks, i have been averaging 1,900 to 2,00 cal. a day with a "cheat day" once a week.Now trying to get 3 to 4,000 cal. a day and eliminated cardio, doing a 12 week cycle.My question is, did i totally screw myself or can i recover??Also, i am still gaining 2 to 3 lbs. a week even when my calories were lower.Any real advice would be appreciated, thanks
