After 25 years of training, I'm on my first cycle (250 mg/week Sust; 500 mg/week Deca). (OK, not really my first cycle - I went 8 weeks on just Sust before Christmas to check for side effects - which were basically none, even at 500 mg/week).
I seem to be one of the lucky ones who has no adverse side effects whatsoever. Very little acne, no testicular shrinkage and my libido is suddenly what it was 20 years ago! After only 5 weeks on the juice I'm up almost 7 lbs. of lean mass while having dropped roughly the same amount of fat. (This is on purpose - I'm cutting calories way back otherwise I could easily have gained 20 lbs. by now) At 5' 10" and 205 lbs. I'm happy with my size and strength but I want to get my body fat below 10%.
Does my lack of bad side effects mean I can safely use longer cycles, or shorter recovery periods between cycles?
