First cycle ever long time research and lifting

Hello guys I am 30 years been tempted to take synthetic hormones back in my twenties but my trainer back in the days told me to never think about it until i'm 25 atleast and can squat press and dead very heavy naturally with good form for reps. he knew how to cycle anabolics and i was counting on him to teach me but my mentor is long dead now from car accident he was in his fifties when he died and was strong as a bull from proper anabolic cycling..

anyway I knew the day will come when I will need to cycle this stuff by my self.. and since age 26 my natural testosterone has been declining... im doing regular blood work and eating and lifting very heavy im easily getting 5k calories a day now and squating 120kilograms for 10 good solid ATG reps Deadlifting 200kilo for 8solid reps.. and overhead pressing with 60kilos for 7reps now.. I also train on the pullover machine since nautilus time this one performed correctly really feels like heavy squats..

Anyway Im 30 old my height is 6'5 and i weight 225lbs now.. around 13% bodyfat I never cared about my fat percentage I am heavy but still can do around 15 bodyweight very very slow and controlled pullups.. so i just maintain my bf to not get fat.

I train 2 times a week to utter failure until I cant breath.
.. my training intensity was always above average used to get lightheaded and puke during workout.. good times..

As i already mentioned my Test is declining.. and I find it so hard to progress in my lifts now ... I believe its the time to start experimenting with the sauce to have knowledge and experience for my future year..

already stacked and going to run my 12week Test cycle.. im already sure this cycle is properly designed and is very expensive i talked with alot of experienced buddies but still want to get some feed back from more people.. who knows maybe i can get a good advice here..

anyway this is how the cycle will look
Week 1 ~ 12 Test 250mg twice a week.
Week 1 ~ 2 Arimidex 0.25mg EOD
Week 3 ~ 10 Arimidex 0.50mg EOD
Week 3 ~ 10 HCG 2,500 UI twice a week.
Week 13 ~ 14 just Arimidex EOD 0.25mg

PCT will be clomid 100,100,50,50 with Arimidex 0.25mg EOD.

Will increase calorie intake by 1,000 kcals and will just add additional set to each of my exercises.. sleep will be increased by additional 2 hours. will sleep 10 hours now.

Need input as soon as possible because im starting next week.

I think your Clomid dosage is way to high, a lot of guys follow that and end up feeling like shit bro..
I'd recommend you do something simple like test e or cyp only for your first run..
Your not going to seethe benefits of the prop unless your pinning eod even though the test e in the mix is a long Esther.
Btw we don't talk labs here.. Its in the rules.
But anyway back to cycle and pct

The way i would run my first cycle
1-12: 500Mg-Test E
1-12: adex .5ml Eod
8-14: Hcgenerate

Pct is unleashed/post cycle combo
With low dosed Clomid.
I'm not the best at layouts just thought I'd offer my .2
 
I edited out your lab names bud. Please refrain from doing that. It is against forum rules.

As for your layout, your PCT needs work. Clomid should be no higher than 50mg ever, and even that dose should be cut down after the first week.

You also need more in your PCT. Getting some post cycle/Unleashed from ntbm and some Formastanozol from Mr supps will solidify your PCT.
 
well before anything working out intensly 2X per week to the point of throwing up i just don't get. thats not the way to build muscle. sounds more like crossfit/boot camp type workouts for guys who want to get fit.. not guys who want to bodybuild. you want to rip up the muscle fibers and recover.. rinse and repeat. how bout working out 4X per week and have good intensity but not where you are throwing up first off. the whole reason for steroids, well atleast a big reason to use them.. is for recovery.. if you only workout 2X per week then frankly you just don't need them for your goals as a 2X per week lifter.

secondly your cycle and PCT you are just throwing AI's into your body. a very old and ancient way to recovery from cycles based on if you cripple estrogen levels then your test levels rebound after cycle. there are better ways to PCT than that in the year 2012. i suggest you do more research on a better pct.

during cycle hcg you don't need that much.. that is overdosing flat out. 250 2X per week would be ample. or pickup a bottle of hcgenerate instead to save time and money

you should be working out atleast 4 times a week .
 
I have to agree to disagree with you guys on the amount of training to do for growth. I think that twice a week is too little also, but he could grow on it with the right training.

I used to lift 5x a week at 60-75 minutes per session, but switched to DC training a couple months ago before the start of my cycle. That program is only 3 sessions per week at 45 minutes or so each. Let's just say I have blown past every PR I've ever had, and I'm up 15 lbs all while being around the same bodyfat, and possibly leaner.

Its all about what works for you. You don't grow in the gym. You grow in the kitchen and when you are recovering. If you don't allow enough time to recover, you limit your growth. That is fact.

Depending on volume/intensity you could workout anywhere from 2-7 days a week and see great results. There are a lot of factors here other than days at the gym
 
^^^ no i don't disagree with that at all. i just think what he is saying 2X per week of balls to the wall is too much compressed.. 4X a week would make more sense splitting things up so he doesn't kill himself 2X per week.

i think no matter what everyone should do something everyday.. some kind of activity especially if they are like me where they sit on their ass all day for work. could be walking, running, swimming, fishing.. something to get the body moving .. now if you dig ditches all day or do construction or some kind of blue collar job its a totally different ballgame. when i had a blue collar job myself i could eat a lot of trash and look great. now 1 wrong thing can fuck me up having a white collar job :(

My reasoning for 6x a week when on is simply what you stated: it's about recovery.
I was hardly ever sore when I was on and I was working till fail every set.
I notice when off my 3 day split has me sore all week anyhow and I've notices substantial strength and size gains.
