Hey guys first of all I am a 21 year old I have been training since I was 17, taking it seriously the last 14 months, I am looking at doing my first cycle of Test Enanthate 500mg (Pinning 250 2x Week), Stats are
Height : 6ft 5 (195cm)
Weight: ~100kg @11ish% bodyfat (im cutting atm down from 15%)
Goals: Im in the middle of my cut and feeling a bit small, would like to run this cycle gain 10lbs of quality mass (more if possible) without gaining too much BF%, if any, and then PCT and resume my cut with more mass on my frame
Ive also just considering running a pro hormone like Helladrol (similar to the way people use D-Bol, which i cannot get, would adding this for the first 4-6 weeks be beneficial as a kicker?)
Cycle Plan
Week 1 - 12 Test Enanthate (Primoteston) 500mg/Week Pinning 250 Monday/Thursday
Week 1 - 4 Helladrol 50mg-75mg ED
PCT
Week 14-18 Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Cannot source HCG otherwise I would run it, though I think Nolva/Clomid will allow me to recover effectivly.
Planning on eating around 4250 Calories (lean bulk) of clean foods 350g prot, 500g carbs, 70g fat etc aim for around 1.5 lbs a week. Cardio once or twice a week for heart health. I have a diet planned out to suit these macro/calorie goals.
Would I be able to get away with running the test out to 14-16 weeks and recover? Im going to have to buy 30mL anyway so ill have left over might as well use it, if i can that is.
