FIRST CYCLE, cost no problem? Please help.

Hi all. Needsome serious info on my first cycle ie. exact dosage. Cost is not a factor, I only want to use the best in terms of saftey and efficiency.
A short cycle of 4 weeks + what ever is required to make sure gains are maintained. In other words i can't bloat up then get skinny. My nutrition and training are always perfect so i have been making gains drug free( frequently get asked what I'm on). Mass is 75kg and BF is never more than 7%, 23yrs and been training seriously for 5 yrs. Squat 160kg / 8reps.
Please help or direct me to where I can find required info.

Depends what you're lookin for. mass, strength, etc. only thing I can tell you with the information you gave is that you arent gonna get much from a 4 week cycle. If cost isn't a factor, and you are looking for safety, anavar would be a good choice. it'll give you some great strength gains, and improve your vascularity. i'd highly recommend stacking it with something else though, tell us what your goals are.
 
You saying "only 75 kg", however nobody ever believes i genuinely "Only weigh 75 kg". Just in case you're wondering.
 
Want to get down to 5% bf While adding at least 6kg.
As I said, my nutrition and traing are consistent so with the right help i'm sure i can pull it off with the right stack.

Let me get this right. You want a 4 only week cycle, do not care how much it costs, it must be safe, to put on almost a stone and drop bodyfat at the same time, whilst making permanent gains. Sorry to burst you bubble but this isn't gonna happen.

Ok, if yo could run this cycle to 8 weeks you would get about twice the gains. But here it goes...

Cycle notes...

Stacked the grape and lime Celltech: this will improve your muscle receptor affinity for creatine.

Stacked The Beast with T2, and Methoxy Factor HP: this is a little known secret in the underground supplement world. The synergistic effets of these 3 supplements will blow your mind away! This will dramatically increase protein synthesis and red blood cell production.

One with roids would be good - for 8 weeks minimum.

Sustanon250 and dbol would pack some more muscle on you... why bother with anything else for a first cycle? Basics. Fancy smancy frilly knickers stuff can wait till next time.

I am extending my cycle from 8 weeks to 10 weeks cos I have realised that test has only just kicked in (week 4) therefore, I want a bit more.... get it?

I suggest the search function for 'first cycle' and other keywords 'short cycle' etc....
 
How about doing a proper one for 8-10 weeks rather than wasting your time with a 4 week cycle? You will gain very little and keep even less as your body simply will not have time to adapt to your weight gain.

As the other Bros noted, 4 weeks is simply too short...I'd say 7 weeks is the bare minimum. Personally, I'd recommend a Fina/EQ cycle, I did one this spring and the strength gains were amazing. I also felt like my muscles were harder than they'd ever been in my life. Some bros might disagree and say Fina is too harsh for a first cycle, but I don't see why -- it's great stuff! You could try 75mg EOD or ED on the Fina for seven weeks and the EQ at 400+mg/week for seven to twelve weeks. Start Clomid therapy 2 weeks after your last shot of EQ. Take Proviron @ 50mg/day from the beginning of the cycle until after your Clomids if you can get it (to keep your libido up and protect you against post-cycle estrogen rebound -- which can be a bitch with Fina in my experience). Fina can affect libido, so you may want to throw in a shot of sus around week 3 or 4 just to keep your sex drive rockin'.
You have alot of options, so you really have to pick and choose your goals -- you can't gain 20 lbs. of lean mass and stay at 5% all in 7 weeks. You either go all-out for pure size, try to put on a moderate amount of mass while staying lean, or ripping yourself up to shreds and keeping the muscle you already have. With the cycle I outlined above, you could do well in any category you choose -- it all depends on how you eat! Hope this was helpful.

Here's my real problem- I work is the fitness industry and if I suddenly gain 20lbs and then lose half just as quick people start talking...! I mean I'm fortunate to be able to eat all day (and I do) and train whenever I want, basicallly I live like a Pro just without the AAS.
So what ever the average weight gain is for a particular cycle ...make no mistake I'll set a new precedence.
 
so what if people talk! people in my high school talked about me, BUT THEY DIDN'T CATCH ME WITH SHIT! they actually don't know for sure if i do or not. just say andro, people that don't know think it gives steroids like muscle gains anyway.

Like I said before, you won't put on 20 lbs. if you don't eat in a way that is conducive to gaining that much weight. With Fina and EQ, water retention is not an issue, so you won't swell up like test, d-bol or Anadrol. However, if you are constantly pigging out and getting excessive calories, it could happen. Since you're already very lean, I would say you probably have a fine-tuned diet, so it is highly unlikely you'll see that kind of gain if you just keep following your current diet.
When I did my fina/EQ cycle I wasn't doing a straight bulking cycle or cutting cycle, I just tried to eat only clean calories and put on some quality muscle. That's what happened -- I put on 9 lbs. and got noticeably leaner too. When you take into account my fantastic strength gains on top of it all, I think it was one hell of an awesome cycle. Best part -- I kept it all 4 months later (including strength)!

BTW -- Anavar seems to be getting some rave reviews at 40mg/day+. I've never tried it personally, but I think you'd be better off stacking it to get maximum results.:D

Exactly 6 years ago - prior to starting university - I asked him some questions over the phone. I was just starting a small course of sustanon. Just 4 weeks (I knew shit!). He was then the editor for Bodybuilding magazine. He was a very helpful fellow. I should have taken his advice! His first book on steroids was er... crap, but he has certainly got the knowledge now.

Pls give your take on my eating (this is exactly what I eat... no exceptions, using my electronic scale) and how I would continue while on gear, prehaps I'd consume more.

NB: all weights are the cooked weight

06h45: 500g baked potatoes, 140 gm chicken fillets

09h45: 500g baked potatoes, 140gm chicken fillets

10h30 *********Gym***********

12h00: protein/carb shake

13h00: 500g baked potatoes, 140gm chicken fillets

15h30: 300g baked potatoes, 140gm chicken fillets

18h00: 120g chicken fillets

21h00: 120g chicken fillets, broccolli and/or raw carrots if I can't take the absolute starved feeling from low blood sugar.

That what it takes for me to grow naturally. At night I feel so starved I wanna eat anything that moves or sits still long enough......but I don't. I don't wanna gross you out, but I hardly even need to go to the toilet, I feel my body uses all the food very efficiently with not much waste.
