First cycle coming up....Not to sound too much like a dipshit, but I'm pretty excited....Here's the breakdown.
wks 1-10 Sust250 500mg/wk
wks 1-10 Eq 600mg/wk
wks 3-10 Fina 75mg/EOD
wks 4-10 Winny 50mg/ED
wks 2-10 Liquidex
Clomid
Right now, I'm 6'3 205 lbs, 15% bf. I'd like to gain 15 or so lbs of lean muscle and get down to around 10% bf.
I'll go heavier on my training regimen with less reps 4-5 times per week, eat 300 g's protein per day, do 2-3 days of cardio per week, and drink mucho water.
Also, I'll try some combination of cranberry extract, milk thistle, and ALA (?) that I keep reading about here to help out the ol'liver.
