First cycle advice

Ok this will be my first cycle i just need some advice from others on what they think. I was wondering if my PCT is overkill? Im just trying to get the boys back fast to maximize my gains. I also have a bottle of H-drol. Do you think i should implement this into my cycle or stick with the test. Keep in mind this is my first cycle of anything.

Stats:

5'9
168
17% bf

Diet:
3000-3500 Clean calories (may have a cheat meal every now and then)

Cycle:
Test E @ 400mg EW 1-12
Aromasin @ 6.25 ED to begin 2-12
N2Guard 1-12
Animal Pak

PCT:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Aromasin @ 12.5 ED
N2Guard
 
how long have you been training? i think you should get your bf% down a bit more and maybe work on that diet or your routine.

you should look into unleashed for pct and hcgenerate or hcg to use during cycle. that will help get the boys back quickly

im also a fan of waiting to see how you react to the test before picking a dose of anti estrogen. you might not need it at all w/ your dosage or you might not need that much.
 
I think your pct is fine for a test only cycle. But i wouldnt take the Aromasin with nolva and clomid during pct. You still want a little bit of estrogen in your body. Your trying to dry that shit up lol aromasin on cycle is good though. I also would stick with just the test. If you throw in h-drol your not going to know what's causing any side effects you may run into.
 
I agree with Judo Tom. If you've not been training very long, then you still have a foundation to build to get the most out of AAS. You should put another 20 lbs on with diet and lifting or work that bf% down before starting a cycle. If you are going to cycle anyway, you may be disappointed with your results. With that BF% you'll need to keep a closer eye on gyno than your "boys" IMO.
 
I've been lifting steady about 1 1/2 years now and i've used different scales they say anywhere from 167-171. I thought test was supposed to lower bf%? This is what i've been reading but i'm interested in your opinions. I really don't feel that fat.. i mean you can see my top 4 abs but i will definitely take that into consideration seeing as how im so afraid of gyno lol.

test can lower b/f yes, but here is the dilema i have with your situation, first i agree with above that you could and should add 20lbs natty.. But anyways with any cycle are you trying to bulk and add solid muscle? or cut b/f fast without losing the muscle you already have and perhaps add a little? If you want to put on 15-20 lbs on this cycle you are going to also add b/f for the simple reason you will have to eat eat eat. and at 17% do you really want to add to it? if you decide to cut, you will lose b/f but you may not gain the muscle and size you want..
I have done cycles where it was not really a bulk or cut cycle per-say and been happy with results, but i was already over 200lbs at 6ft.. If i were you i would give it at least another 6mos, train your ass off and eat right 175 grams of protien at a minimum and see where you are then..
 
I would love to gain 20lbs naturally but i've always been a skinny slow developing kid. When i first started working out i was 128lbs and added all the muscle i have now but i feel like i've been getting weaker for some reason and hoping that by using aas i could keep some of my gains and some strength to build on from there. My current goal is 5'9 190lbs @ around 10% bf and i would be happy as shit. Do you think i should just try and cut down to about 12% bf and start my cycle? Because that's really what i'm trying to do is add some mass and strength.

I am in the same boat as you my friend, i am an ecto as well, I have to eat ALLL day just to maintain body weight, i assume from your post you are the same way..
first, if you feel yourself getting weaker,, you may be overtraining, rest is important esp. for ectos. what is your training like?? split? days off? gotta give your body a chance to recoup and grow. just a guess...
second, in my opinion yes you should hold off for a bit, 17% bf is not a terrible number, but at 168 lbs its kinda high. Get diet and training in check, learn how to manipulate your body natty first.. Props to you for 128lbs to 168lbs,, you can def. put on more and lower bf natty, just be harder..

I have been training pretty hard my routine looks something like this:
Day 1: Chest & Abs
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Shoulders & Abs
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Back
Day 7: Rest
I've been doing that about 4 months.
I do about 4 sets 8-10 reps of 4-5 exercises
And thanks for the encouragement bro, just got back from a 3 mile run and about 15 min plyo
