first cycle advice

im considering taking my first cycle.....while i know most of you will advise agaisnt it do to my age (18)....i dont see how running a test cycle can hurt if it is done properly......

i was thinking running 10-12 weeks of Sustanon 250, 500 mg once a week with 25 mg of dbol everyday for 4 weeks to jump start the cycle......

my first question is I know most tests have a short half life so they should be injected every other day or atleast twice a week but can i get away with one injection a week?....if not is there any test i can get away with doing this?

second off is 25 mg of dbol too much? should i run it for 6 weeks or is 4 enough?

last what should i do about PCT...... arimidex and nolvadex? when during the cycle and how much after the cycle for how long? should i do the oral kind or the tabs? should i drink milk thistle with the dbol to help my liver some....?

there is plenty of info on here about first cycles and the one you want to do is the most asked about. do some searches about first cycles. tell us about your stats, workout history, and diet. you should definitely wait a few yrs to juice. you have your whole life ahead of you as far as training is concerned. but if you are anything like i was at 18 then you will not heed the advice of other people....so, you can run test enanthate 500mg e5d. 25mg dbol ed for the first 4wks of your cycle. i recommend arimidex 0.25mg ed throughout the cycle. as far as PCT, start it two wks after your last injection. Clomid 200mg day1, 100mg ed day2-8, and 50mg ed day9-21.
 
Experience says you are going to do what you want no matter what we say.

Here is what I will tell you. Go with a SUS only cycle for your first. You natural Test is high enough for growth. If you do one shot per week of 250mg and you properly diet and train you will grow like a weed.

I would run this for 8-10 weeks. I promise no matter what your told on the streets from your buddies, leave the Dbol alone for now.

Do it like I said you wont be sorry and either will your little nuts...Dont forget some good PCT...

Run this PCT..

Day 1: 300mg clomid / 20mg nolva
Days 2-11: 100mg clomid / 20mg nolva
Days 12-21: 50mg clomid / 20mg nolva
 
yeah i havent totally made up my mind to juice yet im still considering it.....and thanks for the advice......

one of my friends for his firs cycle used deca with no pct in 2 months he went from weighing 145 to 170......to me that cycle was dumb as hell ....he was taking such a high dose of it also and no PCT? that is almost as dumb ..... then he started doing dbol at one point at 50 mg a day.......this was a 17 yr old weighing at most 170 ....he said after a little while on the dbol he started coughing up blood

and he swears by shouldar injections......iare shouldar injections any easier than in the glute?
 
how tall are you.. how long have you trained..
are you squatting? do you deadlift? how often do you eat? what do you eat?

18 is too damn young.. bottom line.. unless you have some amazingly special situation there is no reason to juice at this age..

you want better results then you need to focus more on your diet!!! and your training and dedication not turn to juice for the gains..

dont start this year out by making excuses and making a big mistake that could effect your health for the rest of your life..
 
While I don't agree with your choice, my advice is to start with low dosage, 250-350mg of test a week is more than enough to make big gains if you eat big, for your first cycle.
 
im 6'1.......ive lifted for 4 years.....on and off mostly...... yes i squat....no i dont dead lift......i eat 3-4 meals a day which i know isnt adaquate calorie intake to bulk up.....i try to consume anything decently high in protien....

one of my main problems is appetitte.... ill probably get flamed for saying this but i took m one t for 3 weeks and gained 10 pounds off of it.....probably nothing amazing i know but it sure helped me eat a lot more to actually gain weight
