first cycle advice!!primobolan or testo?

what would be a great first cycle???
some say to sart slow ..wit 400mg of primo 12weeks..to keep all the mass
others say to start wit test about 400mg test 10weeks
because they say ,,on the first cycle you will grow most and keep most!!

what do you think!!thank you!!maybe some of your first cycles..oder some nice examples..thank you!!!

Sorry Bro, but this sounds very stupid. Why in earth should someone use roids to keep the naturally gained mass?

This sounds a better idea... You can use Test (preferably Enanthate) 250-500mg for 8-10 weeks and make good gains if it what you want to do.

I've made very good gains with just 250mg/week of Sust and some 20mg/day Ox for 8 weeks in my first cycle.

iam from germany ..but i was born in istanbul (türkiye)
would sust 500mg be a good cycle?

I've made very good gains with just 250mg/week of Sust and some 20mg/day Ox for 8 weeks in my first cycle.

He meant the gains from primo are more permenant, so he can keep em, lol

LOL, I guess I wasn't reading very carefully but it sounded stupid to me as Primo only-first cycle is not the best idea to make gains. Anyway if you enjoyed it so much give some good Karma and let the mods make this a sticky..

Yes, I'd do Sust or Testoviron 500mg/week for 8 weeks, you could add some Ox (20-25mg/day or Primo(200-300mg/week) to your cycle...to keep the gains

Don't forget to get some Nolvadex or better Arimidex before you start injecting!!!
