8.00 - 40g whey protein, 50g grain cereal, omega3 capsules
10.30 - 2 eggs + 4 egg whites, vegetables (brocoli mostly), fist of haselnuts
13.00 - turkey/chicken/beef stake, spoon of olive oil, vegetables
15.30 - gym, after that 40g protein + banana
18.30 - tuna (no oil), letuce
20.30 - 2 eggs + 3 egg whites, 30g of low-fat cheese, cooked vegetables (sometimes I skip the last meal and crash to bed at 19.45)
Supps; none, only CLA (2g), Lcarnitine (1g) and fatburner based on Lcarnitine, caffeine and green tea.
