first clen cycle HELP PLEASE

ay bros , its my first cycle on clen . i am 18 i no im young but i am determined to get on some clen liquid. i need some advice on dosages , what my maximum heart beat and pressure should be. what i should take with it ? bendryl? im doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks of. im 5'10 and 70kg. i dont no my bf i will provide a pictrure. ( i will be taking liquid clen) thanks alot i could do with all the help i can get

i was alot bigger but i screwed my cut up and lost to much lean muscle i was more than 20 pounds heaver, also can you try and answer my question bros? i need it summer is next month over here

Hey welcome to EF! You are welcome to read and learn all you can. However, because you are so young you could really mess up your body and that would be for the rest of your life. I suggest you stick to the diet and work out forums!
BTW clen is a bad idea and you look thin enough, focus on diet and WO.

You don't need clen. At your age all you need to do is hit the weights hard and eat! Your hormone levels are at a boiling point right now. Do a low carb high protein diet and you will yield better results that fucking with clen.

ay bros thanks for the advise yeah i no what your saying i have been doing a low carb diet for sometime but i just can brake that last bit of fat. if worst came to worst and i took it . could you guys answer my questions so i could do it safely thanks bros, its summer here next month . help please
