first bicep PR in quite some time

I forgot to post, but on last tue i curled 125lbs 5X5, with strict form! I used the ez curl bar which weighs 25lbs, then added two 25's to each side...it just looked big, in my pansy ass gym. Looking forward to 130 5X5 this tuesday
 
Damn, I know how hard that is cause I`m doing 5 dimes and a 5 on each side of an EZ curl bar for 3 sets of 5 but NOT strict. Good work
 
i always thought the ez curl bar was 15 lbs???? is that wrong??

please say yes.

Nice job on the PR, and Exodus, most E-Z bars are 25lbs, however 15 is not totally uncommon either. just weigh it next time at the gym, maybe you'll be in for a nice surprise if it's 25.
 
Figured dimes meant that...it's just used in way too many contexts (10, 1000...0.8 grams etc)
I can't tell the difference in weight :(

slapping a 45 on each side looks even cooler.....slapping a 45 on each side and then a 10 on top of that is cooler yet.

one of these days it's gonna be 45 plus a 25....
