Alright time for an update, Today was my chest and Tri's day. I felt the biggest pump I've ever had with my triceps, it felt like my skin was going to rip. My DB bench has gone up significantly. I did notice a popping in my left shoulder every time I broke the plane where my arms are even with my chest. Not anything painful, but it is very irritating. I've also noticed tht my normal workout schedule of - Back/bi's monday, Chest/Tri's/shldrs Tuesday, Legs/lowerback wednesday, repeat thurs-sat, rest Sunday, is over working myself, and while on this cycle I gain much more mass with more rest days. So i'm changing my schedule to Back/bi's monday, chest/tri's/shldrs wednesday, and legs/lower back friday, while resting on other days. And with the whole taurine thing, My universal torrent has taurine in it. I'm still considering sarms with my PCT
