First attempt at a split

This is a follow up post to one I made a few weeks ago. I've done Starting Strength, Madcow's 5x5, and a few cycles of HST. Since I started SS I've gained 40 pounds and made significant strength and size gains. This split is similar to the one I was using HST with. I would love to get some thoughts on it. It's a MWF 3 day split.

***Squats every Monday and Friday. Deadlifts every Wednesday regardless of which day it is.***

Bench
Row
Dips
Bis

Day 2
Squat or Deadlift
Overhead
Incline dumbells
Chins
Tris
 
Any specific questions?

You've got quite a bit more pushing than pulling.

What rep/set scheme are you using? In what way are you going to progress on this? I'm assuming based on what you said above you aren't still making beginner gains? So it'll have to be on some sort of weekly+ basis? Or are you adding reps/sets or what?
 
Yea I realized the discrepancy in the push/pull ratio too. I'm just finishing up and HST cycle that is in the 3x5 stages now and using a split similar to this so I figured I would just continue on because I'm making pretty good progress.
