Im 30 yrs old.been lifting my whole life my bench is 350 squat 305. Ive had a shoulder reconstruction in the past but the shoulder is very stable at this point. I m already looking good but have a goal to seek more definition, and solid lean gains there for I choose anavar. Many say I look like im already on the shit but having the idea on my mind since high school I really think its my time ive been trying to seek some good advice for the pct part of my cycle and how to incorperate this in. like witch weeks to take what. Liv clenz.of some type to I imagine in there but what the best and most productive way to go about this. Ive done my research but am getting mixed answers. My cycle was.planned to be 7 week s . Also im 5 8"210 lbs with 10 % bf. Im stocky and got great genes. But.im a disable veteran of the coast guard for that dam shoulder that was injured while swimming. This is the primary motivation is to get my shoulder more stable. I understand that I run risk of maybe hurting it, but I believe that its up to me to understand my bodys limits and how much to ezert and how far to push and not to let this stuff make me.over zelus u know. But if anyone has any good advice.on that pct or.my.injury status please im all,ears teach me what u know. This is why im here to discuss and learn not to be shot down cause its happening one way or another. Thanks guys and gals for your time on my anavar project.
