Finishing Advice

Here is my stats started at 6 285 about 17%

cycle consisted of weeks 1-10 Test Enthate and EQ 400mg weekly each

weeks 10-20 was 400mg Primo 300mg masteron and 50mg Winne orally ED

have all the PCT ready HCG NOLV Clomid and Provioron for Sex Drive,( not here to argue the fact of wether provioron supresses..)

I am on the start of week 18. Just finished a 7 day and 14 day run of DNP..

To date current weight is 262... Waiting for DNP bloat to get B/F checked.

What has got me concerned is I would like to drop to about 250, but I am confused on how to go about this while getting off AAS, and maintaining Muscle Mass. IGF ?? Any Ideas, I don't want to get the yo yo effect. I want to contniue this weightloss. Please shoot me some Ideas.
 
285 to 262 is a pretty good jump. In my opinion, it would be the same as gaining 20lbs on a cycle...You need to let your body, mind, and diet get used to the fact of being at this particular weight. You can always go through with your PCT and be sure to keep your calories at or slightly above maintenence levels told keep you where you are. Your body will have a tough enough time recovering from the AAS cycle without having to be on a diet. Once you are fully recovered, you can always drop your calories, and keep you Protien high, you can lose more BF and maintain most of the lean mass that you have. It is usually inevitable that you will lose some amount of muscle mass while dieting, but you can keep it a very minimum.
