I finished my 5 rep cycle on HST. Everything was quite easy and I did 2 sets of most exercises. I messed up on testing on a few lifts so that is why they are kind of low. I am going to have to bump you biceps curls and squats by a lot. I had never squated without a belt before I did HST, so I wasn't sure how I would do. Now I dont think I am going to use a belt ever again unless I am maxing Anyways here are the numbers for most of the lifts I did.
Incline bench: 295- 1x5
Flat Bench: 355- 2x5
Squats: 315- 2x5
SLDL: 315- 1x5
Military Press: 215- 2x5
CG press: 325- 1x5
BB curl: 125- 1x5
DB curl: 65- 1x5
Overhand BB rows: 235- 2x5
I hope to increase all of these by 30-40 pounds in the negative phase.
