Finished up 5 rep cycle on HST.

I finished my 5 rep cycle on HST. Everything was quite easy and I did 2 sets of most exercises. I messed up on testing on a few lifts so that is why they are kind of low. I am going to have to bump you biceps curls and squats by a lot. I had never squated without a belt before I did HST, so I wasn't sure how I would do. Now I dont think I am going to use a belt ever again unless I am maxing Anyways here are the numbers for most of the lifts I did.

Incline bench: 295- 1x5
Flat Bench: 355- 2x5
Squats: 315- 2x5
SLDL: 315- 1x5
Military Press: 215- 2x5
CG press: 325- 1x5
BB curl: 125- 1x5
DB curl: 65- 1x5
Overhand BB rows: 235- 2x5

I hope to increase all of these by 30-40 pounds in the negative phase.
 
Ruspa was definitely on fire tonight. He killed all those lifts he posted. And then we ended the workout with the killer 70 rep calf raises that we havent done in ages (Needsize's post really sparked interest in those again)

At my strongest on the 5x5 I was pretty close to these weights. I have gotten much stronger on incline and cg press. Like I said in my original post, most of these weights were pretty light so I am excited to see how heavy I can get. I plan to add 5 pounds every workout for the next 2 weeks.

The calve workout was brutal. My calves havent been this sore in a while.
 
Cool man. Those are some heavy weights. Now you're in the best part of the cycle, where, as you said, you get to add even more weight and see how much your 5RMs went up :)
