17, bro please dont mess with it yet, you ever read the fina websites , this stuff is for cattle that are going to slaughter and are not to be use used in animals that are bred. Kinda makes you wonder? give it time and at your age, I guarantee that if you arent growing its because of two things. One your overtrained and number two you dont eat enough protein, Take in at least 1-2 grams per pound of your bodywt and train for no more than 45 minutes a day (not including your warmup). I gaurantee you will grow- It took me so many wasted years and hard work to figure these two things out!

yeah everyone has been tellin me that i'm too young. i think i'm making great progress, its just an obsession of being big i guess.
as of now i take in 2.5 g of protein per bodyweight and train 4 days a week, my calories are also up there. i've been lifting for 3 years and i guess if i wanna get sick big i'll just have to keep at it. thanks for all the responses bros.
 
hey bro keep it up dont turn to the sauce just yet..

keep at the squats and deads!!!!! and get lots of sleep and get a good amount of that protien at nite..

also whats your bf % if you are at 8 or something just keep eating more and more.. dont go nuts with the protien 2g per lb is more than enough.. focus on complex carbs and EFA's....
 
yeah go heavy on the squats, I swear when I started lifting I kinda stuck to the hack squat/leg press thing and as soon as I switched to heavy squats I gained almost 10lbs (all muscle) naturally within a 2 month period.
 
Damn bro! Quit telling the kid about the gun like your serious. He may actually go and get one, pop himself in the ass, and wind up in the hospital. Then, this place gets sued.
