Finally sorted my cutting diet (I think!).. thoughts from people in the know?

Currently 6ft and weigh 80kg (was 92kg a couple months back!)

No issues being super strict, trying to get my bf as low as possible in the next month.

Do I need a carb up day once per week?

Thoughts on this:

7:30 Wake, 20 G Whey Protein (25 mg Ephedrine, 200 mg Caffein, 75mg Aspirin and 1000 mg Green Tea Extract)

45 min steady cardio

8:30 Tin of mackerel, 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter, apple (10g BCAA powder)

11:30 1 Salmon fillet, broccoli (500 mg Sesamin, 1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil)

2:30 7 egg whites & 1 yoke, handful of roasted peanuts (25 mg Ephedrine, 200 mg Caffein, 75mg Aspirin and 1000 mg Green Tea Extract)

5:30 130g chicken, broccoli (500 mg Sesamin, 1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil, 10g BCAA powder)

8:30 Post Workout Shake (40g protein, 40g Dextrose)

9:00 130g chicken, broccoli + small amount of carbs if I have trained (500 mg Sesamin, 1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil), veg

11:00 Tin of tuna mixed with quark, apple

12:00 bedtime
