5'6"...175lbs...thinking i'm around 10-14%bf....any better guesses?
 
you gotta nice thick look going. did you use to be fat? looks like you have stubborn fat in your abdominal area.

you probably know you could lose some fat around the midsection...but having little fat around the middle kinda suits you. bring up your chest and shoulder for a more proportional look.

the first thing i noticed about you is your neck. it is out of proportion with your powerful upper body. do some neck exercises, 4 way neck, etc. would balance out your physique, make you appear more strong.

do you do deadlifts? great compound exercsie and also works the neck.

lookin swoll, are in some barracks or a dorm room? To me it looks likes barracks and you look like a Devil Dog

Thanks for the post bro...I do need to work my neck...what do ya mean by 4-way neck exercises? As far as the dorm room...lol...it sure is...not a devil dog....just taken at an Academy that I was at a few weeks ago....used to be in the Army man...
 
using 4 way neck machine. chances are most corporate gyms wont have them, but the hard core gyms probably will.

with this machine you literally work your neck four ways. you move your body around in 4 separate directions and work your front, back and left/right side of your neck muscles. you will feel it next day.

i am trying to put some size on my neck and doing the 4 way twice a week. 6 reps per side of neck. 3 sets.

anyone that would complain about your pics are just nit picking b/c they WISH they looked like you.
 
whos complaining? you never heard of constructive criticism? i have posted pics numerous times and gotten some excellent and useful feedback.
