Finally My First Pin!!

omg I ws shaking like a leaf lol

I had to take like 5 deep breaths and try to inject in my shoulder with a steady hand.

Shoulder not sore after but a little tingle from the needle, well see in a few hours or in the morning if I get sore. Tried to inject in spot I saw on a website so hope I got it.

When I pulled out the needle there was no blood on it which im guessing is good, but little blood came out after I took it right out.

Icouldn get all the tinny tiny bubbles out but when I looked on google its says from other ppl that u need large amounts of air in needle to do harm, which I hope someone here can clairify.

try to avoid pinning your traps, too many nerves there. I think I may have hit one or grazed one and at the beginning of my cycle and it's been agrivating me since

Which are the best places to pin? that have less sensitive stuff in area

glute quads are my absolute favorites but I have done calves go slow pecs as well never did delts. I have literally only ran short esters so a felt shot would leave me unable to work.

I've pinned quads,calfs,delts, and traps and quads are by far my favorite spot
