I did do it back in the day when syntex made the real deal. It was awsome! I tried some last year but I am not sure of the legitimacy of it.

I was joking, Iam not moving Ohio. I was just saying that it must be somthing in the water in Ohio, that would get a guy so frickin ripped. I actually live in southern Michigan, where is the show and which weekend I was thinking of driving down to the competetion.;)
 
Hey quadsweep how far out did you start the T-3 I am thinking of trying it for next year and how long do you stay on it? I am naturally lean and I have a pretty good handle on diet but I am ready to step it up.

Its in Colombus. Call any World Gym in Colombus and they will get you the info you need.

To tell you the truth today is my 3rd day. I do not think i am gonna keep it up as I think its costing me lean mas and I do not really need it with 3 weeks left still.

Well....yes I do. I was wary of doing it starting at 3.6% in the first place. Thats really low to start T3 and with 3.5 weeks left I do not think I need it. I just looked way flatter and I feel soooooo fucking bad on it. Its just not worth it at this point. Getting lean is not to difficult for me. I started the diet at 5.2% so I am a naturally lean person in the first place.I did it again today but I think this is it. if I need it in a week i will put it back in.
