ok i finally have enough balls to post a few pics so here it goes, keep in mind that i had my gf take the pix w/her camera phone, the 1st pic is before and the others are a wk out be easy on me..

take these pics to http://imageshack.com/ click browes... post your pics
hit Host... then a screen will come up showing a bunch of links
go to the top left one highlight it and post in in the thread... that way you can have a full size pic and i think non plats will see them then

when you go to image shack and upload a pic ... paste the link at the top left in the post and it will put the full picture in the thread instead of just giving us a link to click on it will just be there already
