I have Hernia, I just found out three days ago. I'm up to 193 pounds as of today. My squat and Deadlift are both at 405 for reps and I'm benching 275 for a few reps. I was really planning on starting a cycle this month, but I guess it'll have to wait. I'm not sure how i'll be out of the loop for, feeling kinda down : (
