Finally got my weight back up!

Well, I know water weight and food weight can vary you overall body weight, but I just weighed myself on my rather shitty scale (it usually reads 1lb lighter than the $1000 dollar scale we have at the gym I work at). I just weighed 170.4 or so on a rather empty stomach. In case you do not know, I had some legal problems awhile back (non aas) and I lost about 7-10 lbs. It was great for cutting, but I didn't prefer the super cut look at all (and actually I lost a lot of muscle, so it almost looked sick to me).

Anyway, I started my new HST routine 2 2/3 weeks ago at 164lbs. I just weighed in at 170.4ish. I have been eating a lot more, but I'm not really strict on it. Much of it has been just eating out, and some of it has been semi-healthy food that I prepare. Regardless, I am thicker, look better, and believe it or not, I have better abs from training them much harder. I actually have a 6 pack now where as I used to have a four pack. I know that usually doesn't happen, but it is, and it did.

So, thanks for all the help. I just figured I would brag :)
 
Good to hear you gained back some of the weight you lost. What kind've HST split are you doing? There are so many variations of it at this point, that it's rare to see people running the original prescribed version.
 
Awesome!! Nothing more depressing then losing weight after working hard to bring it up. Hope the future is smooth for ya.
 
actually, I was doing the original HST up until yesterday and today when I split it up into a Upper and a Lower/abs day. I like it better this way so far.

Yea, I'm all stoked about getting most of my weight back.
