Damn ... its almost been a full year since my last cycle.. so needless to say I am freakin excited! I was going to do a short cycle many times to hold me over, but I put it off because I wanted to get as lean an strong as i could and max out before my cycle. I am pretty set on this cycle, but I still want some constructive criticism, or to be told if i am forgetting anything. Stats: 5'11", 200lbs, 11%bf (guessing, I was 17% at 214lbs, and now my abs are finally out). 28yrs old, 5th cycle. I dont even count my first 2 cycles as cycles. My last cycle was amazing, i was 227 at the end of it, but i had went travelling for 2 months right after (no working out, no eating good), and went down to 217. I was dissapointed in the loss of muscle, but it was my choice at the last minute, and I was glad I went. I leveled off at around 215 until the last 2 months where I have been dieting hard and using T-Rex, and brought myself down to 200. I havent been this lean in a while. I would like to stay fairly lean while packing on some meat.
Cycle: Just to explain a few things. I am breaking in it down into 2 halfs. The first 6 wks, NPP, the second 6 wks, Prop. I dont want to run the NPP for longer than 6 wks, and I dont want to "come off" of it. EQ will be run as a base throughout it with orals along the way. Dbol at first for some fast-mass, winny for the last bit of the NPP to help with anti-prog, and var for the remainder. Here it is...
Wk1-3: Dbol - 25mgs/day
Wk4-6: Winny - 50mgs/day
Wk1-6: NPP - 100mgs/EOD (350mgs/wk)
Wk1-6: EQ - 500/wk (750mgs front load first 2 wks)
Wk 6: Mid-Cycle HCG Blast - (last wk of NPP, 500IU ED)
Wk7-12: Var - 60mgs/day
Wk7-12: Prop - 100mgs/EOD (350mgs/wk)
Wk7-10: EQ - 500/wk
PCT is going to be a mix of HCG, Clomid, Nolva, Magical herbs and spices, clen, colostrum, g-plenish and creatine etc etc .. hahahaha .. it will probably be more involved than my cycle. hehehe I dont plan on losing 1 lb.
Supps:
1once X-Virgin Olive Oil/day
1once Udos Choice/day
600mg aged garlic/day (kyolic)
Policosanol 30mg/day
Full range of liver supps, cant list em all. Also taking Liver Guard by source naturals, since tylers dont come to Canada. Good ingredient list in the Liver Guard, plus I will be taking extra ala and Calcium D-Glucarate.
I will be taking SAMe and TMG for the first 6 wks while on the NPP.
I know that TMG methylation produces SAMe, but it is really unclear to me how much SAMe you are getting out of the methylation, so I am taking both. I would love to continue to run the SAMe after the NPP as it supports joint comfort which will be wearing off after the NPP has left, but I dont have enough.
I also have aromasin that i will be running with the dbol, and maybe when I switch to prop, depending on how I am doing with bloat.
I have all of the usually protectants, and shampoos and SERMS as well besides for PCT. I know its a lot of supps, but like I say ... I had a year to plan for this hahahaa. I would like to end up at 215lbs same bf or lower. I think that that is my ideal weight. When i was 227, I felt too big, I also got huge shin splints from running. Just to much weight for my frame I think. I will be continuing with the 5x5 routine, I have found this to be amazing so far. Only been 1 1/2 months, so far, so I am sure it may stall out, but I have been having great progress with it so far. Critique away!
