Finally... concert this friday

Bro, I was turned onto her about a year ago and absolutely love her. She needs to put out some new stuff though. How did you get in contact with her? Is she a geigh?

Damn I didn't see this sorry. I actually met her online when I was stuck on a rig looking for new music. Chatted with her a bit until she got big and was never around. Lol she isn't geigh. She used to date Jason Mraz.

Her new album will be out April 12th. Good tunes, she played some last night. Concert was packed with hotties too, so that was a bonus.

I am thinking of heading to Boulder to see her again on Sunday.

She is just playing her bf in the video.

Didn't take my camera and my phone doesn't have one. She pulled out an electric for maybe one song. Her encore songs are just her and her guitar.

Concert is at 8pm at the FOX. Little Aussie named Whitley opens for her. Pretty mellow and he gets funnier with each pint of guinness lol.

I like all kinds of music. Wouldn't say I'm a true fan but she has some good songs.

Benders on capital hill? I was there not too long ago. Jmo lives a few blocks away. That is a great bar.

Great bar. I had some girl call me a republican when she found out I was in the oilfield last time I was there. She just said thank you in the morning. Seriously fun bar with a huge mixed crowd. I am looking forward to going back.

honestly. . .i love this new wave of female musicians. . .they all deserve big props. . .and they all cite ani difranco as one of their important influences. . .even if their music sounds nothing like hers. . .she's talented, strong-willed and uncompromising. . .what's not to admire??

Same here. Something about a woman and her guitar. I have listened to Ani in a long time. Might be time to make a sweet mix tape lol. Kate Voegle is coming up too. She needs a bit of time to refine her sound though, imo.
