busted 235 today ass to floor (yeah, big weight
), but for the longest time, I couldn't break 225. the reason was my stance was too wide, and I was using mostly my hams. this time, I did a less than shoulder width stance, and sat down on 235. good shiet. my legs haven't felt this good for a couple of months. ok, I am done feeling ecstatic.
