I recently hired a IFBB pro bodybuilder who is in my town to train me and get me ready for my first show next year. I'm learning so much information that I thought I already knew. I found out that my form on my bench and dbell flyes were all wrong when trying to target the chest. His main goal for me now is to bring up my legs to match my upper body. and so far it is going great!! As far as my uppper body, he is keeping my reps to 12 each set. My legs he is telling me to keep my reps at 20 reps per set. And let me tell you, his quad workout and hamstring workouts are absolutely brutal. He is teaching me about site injections and how to bring up a lagging bodypart by adding scar tissue to the area that needs to be brought up. I started taking all my injections in my left quad about 3 weeks ago, and it has already made a difference. The cycle he came up for me for the next 8 weeks is the following.
week 1 750 mg omnadren every week: M,W,F; and 400 mg deca ew M,F
20 mg tbol M-F, 4 ius HGH M-F, and IGFLR3 50 mcg M-F
week 2 750 mg omnadren ew: M,W,F; and 600 mg deca M,W, F; and 75 mg of TRitren 150 mg/ml on M and 150 mg Tritren on W
20 mg tbol M-F , 4 ius HGH M-F; and IGFLR3 50 mcg M-F
week3 1000 mg omnadren M,W,F; and 600 mg deca M,W,F; and 150 mg of TRitren on M and F; 30 mg tbol M-F, 4ius HGH M-F; and 50 mcg of IGFLR3 M-F
week 4 1250 mg omnadren ew, 600 mg deca ew, 375 mg Tritren ew, 50 mg tbol M-F; 4 ius HGH M-F; and 50 mcg of IGFLR3 M-F

He's going to adjust the cycle depending on how I look after week 4.
This is the first time i've run 2 nandrolones together, so we will see how that goes.

He's totally changed my diet around, basically about doubling my food and protein intake, up to 7 meals a day. Its hard to eat all this food, and expensive. What I can't eat, I drink in a shake. He's teaching me how to pose and put a routine together also. And whatever show I do decide to do next year, he travels with you to the show to monitor everything such as dieretics, electrolytes, water, etc. I cant wait to see what progress I make before next fall.. He is a big believer in doing short cycles like 8 weeks, then taking 3 weeks off except for about 750 mg of test, and then doing another bulker for another 8 weeks. I"ll keep you posted how things go as time goes by. I already look amazing 2 weeks into this. Wish me luck..
 
that sounds like an exciting experience. soak it up like a sponge. careful with promoting scar tissue, that just doesn't sound good

Everything looks great, except for the scar tissue thing. Once you get ultra dry and shredded for a show, that sometimes shows. I know a couple of guys that had to get surgery to remove it. One was really marked down at the ASC one year because of it and decided enough was enough. So just be careful with that.

Other than that, it's looking good! I like that he actually goes to the show with you. Sometimes little things that can be taken care of with something simple like a potassium cap can turn into big things if you don't know what's going on. So having a vet with you is a huge plus and advantage. Soak all of this up and write it all down. You truly have a once in a lifetime thing here and an advantage over all the guys you'll be up against (unless of course they are working with Dave, Chad, etc which I doubt, lol). Good luck bro and enjoy the ride, I'm sure you'll be very happy with the end results. :)

Btw, don't fear running the deca and tren together, he has you on the proper stuff to combat those sides. Plus I'm sure he has a reason for it.

Could you give us a more detailed report on his teaching / training technigue? Specific excercises for each body part. And any other diet pros and cons.
I would be happy to trade you some K. Sounds like you are really excited.
