Well, here is the end result, gains slowed down - as can be expected.

Just fooling around at the moment, my obsessive compulsive nature assists my training and diet:)

Tried allot of compounds in the 18 weeks, It looked something like this

Week 1-14 Test E 500-600mg EW
Week 1-13 EQ 400mg EW
Week 1-4 40mg DBOL
Week 5-10 Tren E 250mgEW
Week 11-14 Winny 50mg
Week 15-18 Oral Tuirinabol 50mg
Week 15-18 Test Prop 125mg EOD

In my opinion im still too small to compete. Would like to add more size before I step onstage, i had no intention to, but after this cycle I decided that I will compete in 2011. That is just the goal i set myself. I want to spend the next couple of years getting my cheast thicker and my back wider. Currently still playing rugby and not really finincially ready to compete.

you play Rugby? no wonder you're built solid. That is a tough, physical sport. Rugby players are usually pretty built and in shape to fit the demands.

Don't get injured w/ Rugby, then you won't be able to compete in your timeframe.

Current stats:

Weight: 105kg's
Height: 185cm
BF: Your guess is as good as mine, around 6.5%
Age: 24
Number of cycles: 3, only 1 (most recent) using more than 1 compound and more than 6 weeks. So this was my first REAL cycle.
Years Training: Since 2001 (7 years)
Diet during most recent cycle: Mostly carb cycling 100g/day T,W,F,S,S and M & T 500g/day --Protein always 500g.
Training: 10 sessions/week. During my 17 weeks I had 6 rest days:)

What's your diet/nutrition plan like throughout? I may need to rip it from you.

How much detail do you want ........ see above........ i tried diffrent approaches, I really like carb cycling 100g carbs 5 days of the week and 500g carb 2 days in the week.

My diet is exactly the same every day , 500g protein, fat is always quite low, with supplemented flax and fish oil. On high carb day I eat a 800g of raw oats oats over and above my normal diet.

The cycle was run in my off-season .... I was only doing cardio 3Xper week max 20min HIT (and 15min cucling to warm up before each session). Currently training is up to 3 2hr sessions a week and matches on weekends.

Why 500 Grams of Protein?

From what I understand, most athletes only need about 80-160 grams max.

The excess protein can't be used. Am I wrong? Just a noob trying to get educated, so forgive me.
 
Bigmike, great look. Very impressive to only have done one real cycle. You started at with a great base; hardwork, determination, dedication come to mind. An inspiration to us all. K to you.

I know there are studies out there showing that, but ask any bodybuilder and they will tell you to up your protein to 4+g/kg bodyweight. \\
The problem with all the studies out there are that they were all done on cyclist and runners without a significant amount of muscle mass, so obviously they are not going to need more than 2.2g/kg bodyweight, there muscle mass' is in the region of 15kg's. A bodybuilder with 60kg's muslce mass is going to need 4X the amount of protein!!! The problem lies with the equation used incorperating body weight and not muscle mass.
 
Compete now before you get all fucked up playing rugby or get dragged down with a career or family.
