Finakits.com aren't to customer friendly are they???

bump. I want to see what flashguy has to say. He is always posting, saying to use his company (finakits.com). He has been helpful with all the problems I have read. So where is he. Man, I just want my damn kit.

But do you realize that Chem. is covering about 13 or more different boards. Now if 10 of you email him a day from each board... you can see how this would add up.
Plus he comes to the boards to answer questions,plus he has to help fill the orders, plus help the people that can't follow the direstions on how to.
I've obtained two kits from the man, One had a broken empty vial in it, but who cares! I have the other one from the other kit. I'm not going to bother tha man for something I can fix myself!

Give him a little break if he doesn't get back right away.
So easy people turn.

Guys...here is the bottom line. If we did delay the order past 6 days...we will refund 100% of your cash and still send the kits (which are in route...as all orders have been shipped)

one more thing BUB -- you state we have been making errors all over the place for the last two weeks? Bro...we send close to 500 kits out a week -- we have screwed up maybe 4 or 5 of them -- 4 or 5 out of 500 ----that is a good ratio for any mail order business.-- so, how do we handle it?....we send the correct kit or parts (often overnight) without anymore cost to the customer ASAP.

All Good Now

Just after my last post, I got an email with the tracking # and they said it was shiped on the 15th. I feel much better. The reason I ordered from these guys was all the post I read saying how good they are and about the customer service. They finally came threw. Better late then never, right.
 
yea an extra syringe filter would be needed when using finakits.com b/c i would one bust on me and also he said that he would send a extra and never did and i lost a few cc's b/c of it

Shocking an opinion based on no actual experience. Truth be known the magic solutin by synthol is exactly the same as Animals. They did an analysis. So lets break down the rest of ALL KITS" oil, sterile vial, syringes, syringe filter, pins, optional coffee filter. Clearly, the biggest variable between kits is the person(s) using them. For the reading impaired, there is a step by step photo instruction page on synthols site in addition to the detailed instructions included in the kit. (none of these steps requires heat "johnboy") If thats not enough, one can reach them directly by phone. As far as customer service, all orders made before 3:30 central time are shipped priority(unless specified otherwise) the SAME day. There are no 6 day delays, no multiple emails going ignored, and no threads complaining about poor delivery time or customer service.
 
chemripped is one of the best bros in the business and people that have screwed up he has overnighted them other stuff they needed to help them out!

I guess you can't satisfy everyone and with as many orders as he has every week there is bound to be a problem once in a while! I only hear 1 bad complaint for every 100 or so great comments about him to me that is great service!

I'm gonna have to try ole t's, hey, did u guys have any problems with finakits.com filters busting on yall, i lost a few cc's b/c of that and it pissed me the fuck off! :(
